An ideal location to explore Kyoto, bus passes are a must to see the sights. Accomodayion was excellent and the owners very helpful. Would definately recommend.

2階和室に宿泊しました。 自分たちの寝泊まりする部屋の真ん前の廊下部分は他の人も通れる作りだったので、私たちの寝室の目の前を大きな音を立てて何度も何度も往復する人がいて恐怖を感じました。また鍵も簡単な作りだったため子連れだったのであまりに防犯的に怖くて結局2泊の予定が1泊もしないままチェックアウトしました。他の階の宿泊者が、私たちの部屋のトイレや風呂を利用することもできる作りになっていて本当に襲われそうな怖さがありました。 またチェックイン直後にトイレに行った際、トイレットペーパーが濡れていたり、洗面所が濡れていたりととにかく水回りの掃除が適当すぎて辛かったです。 部屋にテレビもなくてビックリでした。 もう二度と行きません。

洗濯機、乾燥機1台しかありませんが無料で使用できます。 新しい施設なので比較的どこもキレイで清潔です。スタッフの方も親切でした。 ドミトリーでも2段ベッド2台で4人なのでスペースもゆっくり使用できました。

駅に近いことだけが利点
駅に近いこと以外に、とくに良い点はありません。 夕食のとき従業員を含む人（年寄り、幼児含む）たちが、 共用スペースをたこ焼きパーティー？で占領し騒いでいて、 私を含む2人の宿泊客は、隅っこでかたみが狭く気分が悪かった。 たしかに値段は、安いと思いますが、 近くにサービスが良く新しいホステルがあります。

・宿泊室のドアで開閉時にきしみ音がする。ホステルでは致命的。 ・共用スペースに臭いがこもっている。 ・二段ベッドの一段目は天井が低すぎてベッド内で身動きが取れない。 ・一つのベッドにコンセント二つ。ひとつは照明に占有されており実質ひとつ。因みに前日宿泊したホステルは照明の他にAC1、USB2。 ・隅々まで見たわけではないが、荷物用のロックもなかったと思う。 ・良い面は、寝具が比較的上質なこと、バスタオルがついていること、歯ブラシがあること。ただし濡れたバスタオルの置き場がない。

フロント親切で宿の印象アップ
施設は清潔感があり良好です。他の部屋の音が伝わることは仕方がない範囲内でした。フロント兼管理人は外国人で日本語が完璧ではありませんでしたが、親切で性格も明るく、非常に好印象でした。観光地の中心にあり、付近には駐車場もおおく、料金はリーズナブルで宿泊の価値ありです。

短期泊なら選択肢としてぜひ！
必要最低限のものが、清潔感ある状態で提供されている感じ。共有スペース&寝室（今回は4人同室）は落ち着けるものではないですね… 宿の近くには気の利いた飲食店が何軒かあります（雰囲気良し）。自転車レンタルは２日で1000円でした。

一軒家をリノベしたゲストハウス
駅近くでコンビニや飲食店が多く食事の心配はありません。 一軒家をリノベしたゲストハウスなので綺麗です。 3Fの足音がかなり響きます。 共用スペースでの飲食ですが、管理人さん？一家と共用スペースが同じでゆっくりはできない感じです。 お風呂は普通の家庭用なので近くの銭湯を利用すると足が伸ばせると思います。
