TSUBOMI luxury inn Kyoto
This property is about 12 minutes walk to the nearest train station. Well maintained, very clean, very spacious. It’s only inconvenience was that the bathroom was downstairs. Guests should carefully read the instructions to the email for the door accessing code before arriving at the property. Recommended stay in Kyoto.

Property was very well furnished and an easy 10min walk to public transit. Being that it shared walls with other buildings I was concerned about how much noise was okay to make.

I received the room key code email in Japanese which I don’t understand. Called the reservation phone number and no answering. Sent email to the customer support and didn’t get right answer. Desperately I went to the hotel address on Google and found it’s a wrong address. We were walking around the cold Kyoto street with luggage for one hour. Finally we used Google Translate to get the room key code from the Japanese email. Another complaint is the bathroom has no window curtain. I wonder the neighbors could see us in the bathroom.

Machiya haut de gamme et bien entretenu avec une chambre à l’étage, une autre pièce avec des draps et matelas. Au rez de chaussée, vous avez la cuisine ainsi que le salon sans oublier la salle de bain. La salle de bain comporte une douche comme le veut la tradition et la fameuse baignoire après s’être douché. Il y a juste un souci au niveau de la communication. Arrivé devant l’habitation, il a fallu passer sur notre réseau interne de notre pays pour appeler le support. Ils ne répondaient pas donc nous avons dû envoyer un mail. Quelques minutes après, nous avons reçu à les avoir au téléphone afin qu’ils nous communiquent le mot de passe pour avoir accès à la résidence.

とても綺麗なところでした。 ですが、スリッパがないのでトイレ行く時も困りました。 あと、木造で冬場に来たら寒すぎて凍えました。暖房も30度にしても一階はあまり暖かくてならなかったです。あとは満足です！
