Apartment on the first floor of a small residence with 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Located at the place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the blue Beauregard ski slope, 50 meters away (connection to the entire ski area) and hiking trail departures (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the ARAVIS mountain range and the village. Quiet. Bus route nearby.

Appartement situé sur les hauteurs du village, avec une belle vue sur le centre et les montagnes. Peu de logements de la résidence étaient occupés lors de notre séjour, donc très calme.

Très belle vue sur le village
Appartement très bien équipé avec garage. Un peu loin du centre à pieds mais accès aux pistes à une centaine de mètres avec arrivée aux caisses des remontées mécaniques. Passage d'une navette gratuite.

Emplacement idéal pour les skieurs
Une magnifique vue sur la clusaz, pas tres loin du centre mais sportif pour y aller car en hauteur. Départ et retour pratiquement ski aux pieds, tres bon niveau d’equipement
