The recently renovated flat greets you with exposed brick and an industrial-style ceiling, all wrapped in a warm, classy flair. This modern and clean wide-open space invites you to unwind and relax. This inviting flat features two cozy bedrooms, each designed to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Additionally, for larger groups, the living room offers both a pull-out couch and a sleeper chair, accommodating up to seven guests comfortably. Each sleeping space is equipped with smart TVs featuring Hulu Live, so you can catch up on your favorite shows after a day filled with exploration.

3rd Street La Crosse is one of the busier business sections of downtown La Crosse. Many restaurants, shops, bars, and events are on same block if not just a few blocks away. La Crosse Center, Riverside Park, Oktoberfest grounds, and so much more!

*Please note that this location is next to Broncos Bar and can get very loud on busy nights. There is a lot of foot traffic in the evening and you will hear the noise from the bar into the late night hours. If you're looking for peace and quiet this location is not ideal for you. Looking to hit the bars and have a good time - you will love this space and location!

This is a great location if your in town for an event at the La Crosse Center, Beer Wine and Cheese Fest, Oktoberfest, Court Above Main, River Fest, and much more!
