The rooms are not at all as pictured. The entry hall was not clean, the elevator had a very pungent smell. The furniture were pretty old, half of the lights were not even working in side the room. Even the room layout was very strange, for a 6 ft person it is impossible to take a shower and access bath tissue, the restroom is that small. There was only one heater in the living room, so if you are staying in the second room, it will be very cold during night. I would not recommend this property for staying.

The room did not look like the pictures on Expedia. The room was outdated, old furniture, no heater, smelly, tiny bathroom WOULD NOT recommend

The receptionist that checked just us in not sure if she was having issues for the day or that’s just her personality. Couldn’t get a smile out of her a greeting. Check in was easy but again not sure if she was having a terrible day but need to put somebody else upfront. That’s gonna be the face of your business. The location is great. The rooms are just very old. Looks they have not been updated in decades.

Best location. However, this hotel is very old and dated. If that's a concern make sure you book a room in "The Pines" renovated part of the Hotel, rooms are nice with a modern contemporary decor. Great cafe down stairs and cool roof top. Michael was great and was nice enough to upgarde us to the renovated room at no extra charge. Happy New Year!

Terrible property and management. Don’t stay here. They are situated at an excellent location and exploiting the situation. Their a/c does not work seems across all the rooms as didn’t solve the problem even after changing the room. Staff is terrible.

Disappointed by Misleading Photos, but Great Staff
I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The room I booked did not look like what was presented in the pictures. The part of the building where I was placed seemed quite old and wasn’t very pleasant. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. On the positive side, the staff was fantastic, and the view outside the property was beautiful. The location was also very convenient. However, I was unhappy because the actual room did not match my expectations, and the rate felt too high for what was offered.

when booking our room, the picture of the balcony did not match what we actually got. The bathroom was tiny. & why did we have to pay $ 27.00 a night for parking ?

The room was very dated - 70's smelled wet and musky. Very damp. Stained furniture etc. Not like the pictures I expected. However the manager was very understanding of my disappointment. Apparently they have a newly renovated side and the old side which is not clear on the website, Therefore my room was not what I expected AT ALL.
