Modern and comfortable couches and chairs make the living room a cozy place to enjoy your company. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the main living and dining areas. Enjoy the ocean breezes and beautiful views as you cook a meal for your family and friends! With the ocean as your backdrop, you can comfortably seat up to 20 people. A 60-inch TV above the tables and a wine fridge will add a little entertainment to the meal!

The primary bedroom upstairs has floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a balcony overlooking the ocean. Wake up to the smell of the sea while you drink your morning coffee and enjoy the 70-inch TV, a seating area facing the view, and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub.

A few steps from the pool, there is a game room that doubles as a King bedroom. It features an en suite bathroom, a 60-inch TV, and a pool table.

Another first-floor bedroom has ocean views, a 55-inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Kids will love one of the smaller bedrooms with all its natural light and access to the attached patio.
