ON THE GROUND FLOOR: an entrance, a large living room with a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and the lounge (TV) overlooking the inner courtyard, a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, small fridge).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed, another with a 140x200 bed and the last with 2 90x200 beds (can be pushed together on request to make a 180 bed), separate bathroom (bath, sink, bidet), separate toilet.
OUTSIDE: Courtyard closed by a gate at the back of the house with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha). Covered shelter with ping-pong table. Possible parking for 2 cars in the courtyard.
Deposit of €300 (or €400 if pet). Oil heating charged from October 1st to April 30th in addition (€10/day). End-of-stay cleaning option: €100 (mandatory for business stays).
For long stays or business stays, every two weeks, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged in addition as well as the change of sheets in the occupied rooms.
