Tämä maalaismainen tyyli bungalow sijaitsee hiljaisessa umpikujassa, jota kutsutaan nimellä Las Casitas.
Huvilassa on oma lämmitetty uima-allas (lämmitys on sähköinen) ja se sijaitsee vain 150 metrin päässä rannasta .. minuutin tai kahden kävelymatkan päässä.
Olemme äskettäin päivittäneet 300 megatavua kuitua wifi (poikkeuksellisen nopea).
Olen asentanut Roku-laitteen, jota on helppo käyttää Netflix-, Sky News- ja muiden kanavien katseluun.
Itsepalvelumajoitus on helppoa minimarkkinoilla, vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä huvilasta ja suurella alle 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä olevalla supermarketilla.
Näyte Corralejon monista ja monipuolisista ravintoloista !! Ulkona syöminen on helppoa 10 minuutin kävelymatkan vieressä viehättävällä Avenidas Grandes Playas -kadulla Corralejon ravintola-, kauppa- ja baarialueelle.
Kodin koksaaminen on myös helppoa Weber-hiiligrilla.
Kokeile Fuerteventuran upeita 7 mailin pituisia rantoja, jotka ovat myös hyvin lähellä.
Tämä hyvin yksityinen huvila sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla lomallesi.
Kaikki palvelut ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Auto ei ole välttämätön, mutta meillä on pysäköintimahdollisuus, jos vuokraat auton.
Pyyhkeet, liinavaatteet, BBQ, silitysrauta, hiustenkuivaaja ja vauvansänky ovat kaikki mukana.
Netflix, Sky News ja jotkut muut kanavat ovat nyt saatavana televisiosta.

Quelques remarques concernant cette location.
- Tromperie sur la photo Abritel. On a l'impression de ne voir qu'une partie de la piscine alors qu'en fait ça n'est qu'un bassin (5 brasses maxi !)- Presque aucun volet ne ferme.- A part une, il est impossible d'ouvrir les moustiquaires au risque qu'elles nous restent dans les mains.- La fenêtre de la chambre d'enfant est dans état lamentable.- Nous avons dû relaver toute la vaisselle et les verres tellement c'était sale.- Impossible de fermer la fenêtre de la salle de bain.- Quant à la salle de douche : . le bouton de la chasse d'eau à moitié mort . l'évacuation de la douche bouchée même après l'intervention d'une personne envoyée par le propriétaire.- Impossible de se servir du barbecue tant il était rouillé y compris les ustensiles allant avec, juste bons à mettre à la poubelle.Dommage car cette maison a du caractère, une terrasse superbe et est plutôt bien située.Nous avons l'habitude d'Abritel à Corralejo et c'est la première fois que nous avons des réclamations à faire.Comment le propriétaire compte-t-il dédommager tous ces dysfonctionnements. Prix, pas à la hauteur de la prestation.

There’s everything you need here to enjoy a great holiday:1/ really good communication with Padraig beforehand plus he gave us the contact details of a great person for taxi transfers to /from the airport2/well maintained villa with comfy beds and any equipment you might need3/ good outside space - we particularly liked the roof terrace( didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that) 4/ plenty of storage and good wifi( didn’t use the tv so can’t comment on thatThe only niggle we had is that we were occasionally disturbed by a rather noisy family who lived in the fairly ramshackle villa next door, although all other neighbours were great. ( where we live in the UK is very quiet so we’re probably more sensitive than most) Overall a great stay - thanks Padraig

Wij verbleven hier nu voor de tweede keer. Wij vinden het een fijn huis met voldoende ruimte om met meerdere mensen in te verblijven. Het huis is onlangs helemaal geschilderd en dat geeft het huis een hele andere uitstraling, het ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto’s. Persoonlijk vind ik dat de badkamers aan een opknapbeurt toe zijn. Het bad is vrij verouderd. Het huis staat in een fijne rustige buurt. Je bent zo op het strand en ook de supermarkt is op loopafstand. Het is ongeveer 10/15 minuten lopen naar de hoofdstraat. De communicatie met Padraig is perfect. Hij is erg behulpzaam en reageert zeer snel op je berichten.

Another great stay
This was our 2nd visit to the villa. This is a perfect little haven. Location is ideal, quiet area close to el campanario and yet within walking distance to the many shops, bars and restaurants of Corralejo main strip. Sunset bar is a stones throw away. The pool is a great relief from the hot sun. Check in again was seemless and contact with Padraig was always prompt and more than heloful. Only because we have visited Corralejo many times we will venture somewhere different next year but we will almost definitely return to Padraigs villa.

Lovely family villa with pool
We stayed at the villa for 9 nights as a family of 5 with children ranging between 12-16yrs. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was enjoyed and all the outside spaces were a great addition. We did hire a car, as we wanted to explore some areas & beaches but I think you could get away without a car. There are local places to eat, we liked to walk to El Campanario for dinner and they had a lovely market on twice a week. Communication with Padraig was brilliant & answered all our questions. We all had a lovely time here

Wir waren 22 Tage in dem Haus! Es war alles da was man benötigt zum zufrieden sein! Der Strand ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt! Direkt am Strand ist die Sunset Beach Bar! Und genau gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt (dort kann man Brötchen und alles was man benötigt bekommen)! Der Fußmarsch abends in die Stadt ist ca 10 min also perfekt! Es ist unbezahlbar schön auf der dachterasse zu chillen und das Meer zu bestaunen! Ein rundum Mega Haus!

Brilliant home in a great location
Amazing location with the beach less than 5 minutes away, shops and restaurants are also easy to get to and offer a lot of choices at reasonable prices. Plenty of space for the whole family, good sized rooms with comfy beds and lots of bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen with treats left in the fridge. Large TV with Netflix and Prime and good WiFi. The terrace upstairs offers the perfect spot to sunbathe or watch the sun go down and the loungers round the pool are great for afternoon sun. Lots of room inside and out for family time or to find a quieter space. Comes highly recommended, host is easy to reach and quick to respond. We're definitely coming back again.

A really very nice well-kept house in a top location. Lovingly furnished with everything you need.Padraig, the homeowner takes care of everything in case of problems, even the neighbor is always there if something is needed. When we arrived, there was even a starter package consisting of drinks, fruit basket, bread, sausage and cheese. Padraig, Thank you so much for a great week in your great house. Fantastic villa
Love this Villa. Felt so at home in it. Great location and situated in a lovely and quiet area. It is close to the beach, supermarket and 15 min walk into the centre of town. It has three separate terraces to enjoy the sunshine on and the pool is great to cool off in. The kitchen is stocked with every item that you would need. A generous welcome pack of food and drinks awaited us on arrival. Huge TV pre loaded with Netflix and Amazon available Padraig the owner is a lovely man who was super helpful from our first point of communication. He recommended a contact for private transfer from the airport and lots of lovely local restaurants to eat in. Can’t wait to return to this wonderful villa.

Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Villa, das Wetter war traumhaft. Die Lage der Villa perfekt, alles was man benötigt in der sehr nahen Umgebung. Die Villa hat 6 Betten, davon sind zwei Betten ein Hochbett. Diese beiden Betten sind unseres Erachtens sehr instabil und klein, selbst für kleine Kinder fraglich. Die Matratze sind in Ordnung. Grundsätzlich ist die Villa sehr in die Jahre gekommen und leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Hier möchte ich anmerken, dass wir keine Nörgler sind aber auf der Bettwäsche war noch Blut von einer Mücke, Make Up auf den Kissen und die Handtücher teilweise richtig veranzt, Besteckschublade schmutzig und krümmelig. Die Badewanne war bei Ankunft noch voller Sand, benutzen konnte man sie nicht, da sie arg rostig ist. Grundsätzlich sollte man etwas mehr Geld in die Instandsetzung und ins Inventar legen, neue Armaturen, Toilettendeckel, Bettwäsche und von den Handtüchern sollten einige ausgemistet werden. Sehr schön fanden wir die Dachterrasse mit den neuen Liegen, der kleine Pool war sauber und beheizt - so konnten wir auch darin baden. Bei Ankunft war bereits etwas Verpflegung für uns bereitgestellt, das war sehr nett. Ich habe es mir lange überlegt ob die Bewertung so tragbar ist und mich dafür entschieden, hätte ich das ein oder andere vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns wahrscheinlich für etwas anderes entschieden. Der Urlaub war schön und letztendlich stimmt auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Lovely villa and pool
The villa was very comfortable and homely with everything you could need, the pool was excellent the temperature was kept at a good level (the sun helped) which my grandson loved. The villa was 10-15 minute walk to the beach shopping centre and main town. The owner Padraig was very helpful even before we arrived with help for transfers etc. All in all we had a wonderful time, and would recommend it although air/con would be beneficial especially in the bedrooms.

Overall it was a nice villa and location with a thoughtful owner.
On arrival it was a nice surprise to see some food and drink essntials where part of a welcome package and general washing up liquids, wm capsules, toilet paper etc where in place for use, ive stayed in villas b4 and others have nothing, so it was a nice surprise not having to go straight out for supplies. Overall it was a nice villa in a good location, however i think the villa could do with a few improvments, bathrooms could do with a bit of regrouting etc or a deeper clean would be more pleasing to the eye.

Perfect in every way
We have just returned from this beautiful villa. We were a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children and the size and layout was perfect and ample space outside for alfresco dining. The villa is so well presented inside and decorated beautifully. Kitchen was well stocked with any utensils needed and plenty of towels available for use. Pool was great and a very welcome relief from the scorching heat. A wonderful roof terrace was the perfect location to watch the sunset of an evening. We can not fault the villa. The location is just perfect, in a quiet cul de sac close to the El Campanario and about 10 min walk from the lively main strip. Padraig was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was more than helpful with any questions I had. He provided a very generous welcome / starter pack of goodies on our arrival which was so appreciated after a day of travelling with kids, thanks Padraig ! Pablo the housekeeper is also the next door neighbour and he too is worth a mention as we had an issue with one of the door locks and he was on hand to help and provide reassurance. This was our first try at a self-catering villa as opposed to an all inclusive hotel and we hit lucky with this gem ! We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Perfekte Ferien ☀️
Alles im allen war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zentrum in ca 15 min wenn man gemütlich schlendert. Zu den Dünen 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Bus. Der Stadtstrand hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Aber schöne Bars zu verweilen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wunderschöne DachTerrasse . Hatten ein paar kühle Getränke und etwas Toast und Aufschnitt sogar bei Anreise im Kühlschrank. Gewürze, etc. Sind auch da. Das Haus ist etwa in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar lose kaputte Platten um den Pool herum. Die Schränke riechen etwas feucht. In dem Abstellraum sieht es ein bisschen chaotisch aus. Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist perfekt. Super schnelle Antwort und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Nachbar schaut nach dem Anwesen und hat uns geholfen, als eine Klinke den Geist ausgegeben hat. Pool wird 2 mal In der Woche gereinigt! Vielen Dank, dass wir eine tolle Zeit verbringen konnten!
