Rivitalo sijaitsee erinomaisella tilanne. Se sijaitsee hienoimmat ja rauhallisella alueella Corralejo. Yksityiset ja suora pääsy pieniä poukamia, ja Corralejo Beach, vieressä laituri kaupallisen ja turistialuetta. Ihanteellinen vesiurheiluun kuten surffausta tai purjelautailu tai vain pulahtaa mereen 3 tai 4 minuuttia jalka tai yksityiset uima-allas, aina Isla de Lobos ja Lanzarote edessä. Se sijaitsee rauhallisella mutta erittäin keskeisellä aikaa. Voit kävellä kaikkiin paikkoihin vapaa ja Centro Comercial El Campanario. Takana keskellä on bussiasema lähtevät puolen tunnin välein lähimmälle rannalle El Cotillo ja Puerto del Rosario. 5 minuutin ajomatkan on 2 suurta valkoiset hiekkarannat Corralejo, expectaculares. Easy to access, Property a bit tired. 4 adults but could only use 2 sunbeds because 2 were torn. Had to buy washing up liquid, t-towel, cooking oil, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, foil, No condiments in the villa. I nece view of the sea

Little Gem

We Stayed here in April 24. The property is amazing, spotlessly clean, spacious and welcoming. There is a shopping complex with a hiper dino, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk and the main strip is just 10 minutes away. The main bedroom has amazing views across to Lobos island and Lanzarote and there is a large roof terrace which gets the sun all day. There a some small changes that would make this property even better. A table and chairs is needed on the main bedroom. Terrace and the roof terrace and a barbecue would be of benefit, there is a gate with direct access to the beach, however this could not be opened so we had to walk a litte further to the beach. We will definitely book again, the owner and property manger were very friendly and the communication was good.

Enjoyable stay

Had a very enjoyable 11 days. Good location, seconds from the seafront. 5 minutes from Campanario centre with shops, bars & restaurants. 15 min walk to the strip. Views from the 3 terraces are great. Communications good & flexible check in, with Sergio waiting to greet us. Would definitely book again.

Great Position

The property is ideally located. Close to beach, shops and local services. It’s not too far into town and a lovely walk. Alberto, the owner is very helpful as is the manager Sergio. Thanks again for a lovely week. We’re booked in again for next year.

Excellent location, close to Campanario shopping centre and 10 mins walk into town. Fantastic views over Corralejo bay. Well equipped and exceptionally clean. There is sun all day on one of the 3 terraces, nice shaded seating and eating area. Could do with a couple of new sunbeds and some patio furniture on the bedroom terrace. Would definitely return.

Nous avons passé de fabuleuse vacances, la vue est époustouflante sur la mer rien a dire tout est parfait ,propreté ,literie ,piscine ect le seul bémol, il fait très chaud la nuit un ventilateur de plus aurait été le bien venu. Chilling in Corralejo

The villa was clean and tidy, everything we needed was on hand and a local supermarket just 5 mins away. The selection of sun terraces and the pool made for a very relaxing holiday.

Views and location

Situated within walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurents yet far enougth away for a peacefull stay. Good communication from owner and excellent flexiable check in service from the property manager who was always on hand if needed. Will be back.

Great spot and beach pretty much on your doorstep.

Very happy with the property although would say not suitable for elderly as lots of stairs. Loved it overall, great seating area out the back with great views, lovely balcony with great views from bedroom and then the roof top where the views just get better. Love that you can actually hear the sea from the bedroom and the best view from a shower I have ever had. Very convenient for everything walk along the coastline or out the front to main strip where lots of shops and places to eat or just sit and watch the world go back. Would definitely return.

I recommend staying here for the views

Nice, clean and tidy villa. Great view of Lobos and sea from bedroom even better view from the roof terrace of Lanzerote. I cannot fault the villa apart from all the channels on the TV are in German. But we watch the Lionesses win the Euros on it which was the most important thing we want to watch during our stay. I would highly recommend a stay in the villa and holiday in Fuerteventura. Will be returning soon.

Esperienza più che positiva tutto come da aspettativa anzi molto meglio, vista spettacolare.

Conoscevo la zona di Corralejo e la villa ci è paiciuta Tutto perfetto la posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, la casa con piscina e patio e soprattutto la vista del golfo di Corralejo. Esperienza da ripetere e da consigliare.

Lovely and relaxing

A great apartment. There are 4 levels: The pool area, The lounge, dining kitchen and balcony level, The bedrooms level, also with balcony, And the roof terrace. All the upper levels have sea views and effectively you can sunbathe all day long if you wish. Overall a very pleasant experience and I can recommend it to anyone.

Just the ticket for a relaxing break in colourful Corralejo

We came on a joint holiday having had some time in Playa Blanca on Lanzarote. The journey was simple, & it was a pleasure to get to the house. It has everything you could want in it regarding utilities (even a tumble drier), plenty of outdoor space, a pool, amazing views of the sea & Los Lobos island. The property manager was Sergio, who was lovely, & real a bundle of positive energy. Nothing is too much trouble for him, & he was great. The location was great, a minute walk to a cool little "popcorn" beach, & if you walk up the coast it's about 15 minutes to the "old town" & port of Corralejo. There are plenty of shops just 5 minutes walk away to stock up on essential goods. All in all could not fault this place, it's a gem!

Villa in Corralejo with amazing views

I stayed for 6 weeks in this great villa near the beach with amazing views. It is in a great location with the town, beaches and amenities within walking distance. The villa was clean and has all the facilities required with a pool and balconies exposed to the sun. A lovely stay in a wonderful place!

Perfect location

What a simply lovely place to stay! The villa had everything we needed and is very comfortable. The location is brilliant- short walk into Correlejo. The views are AMAZING! Communication was excellent too. We’ll be back!

The villa is in a good location with easy access to the town and shops, and is very clean and tidy with a safe. The only problems we found were, the oven did not work , neither did the pool shower, neither were fixed during our four week stay.

El salón y la cocina me parecieron más pequeños de lo que parece en las fotos. No obstante para tres personas que fuimos es suficiente. Durante nuestra estancia la ducha de la piscina no funcionaba. Avisamos a la persona que se encarga del mantenimiento de la casa y nos dijo q tenía que hablar con los dueños para arreglarla, pero durante toda la semana que estuvimos no pudimos usarla. Hay cosas por mejorar como la barandilla del porche que está floja y da miedo a que se rompa. Cuando llegamos la piscina estaba sucia. Hasta el día siguiente no vinieron a limpiarla. Y después de eso y aunque la depuradora estaba programada no vino nadie a volver a limpiarla. Es cierto que nos dijeron q llamásemos, pero como vimos en otras de las casas de las zona hubiéramos preferido q alguien se pasase a ver en qué estado se encontraba y no tener que estar nosotros llamando a nadie. Sobre la entrega de las llaves de la casa un poco desastre… La casa está muy cerca del mar, con acceso directo y cerquita del pueblo y de zonas comerciales, pero en una zona muy tranquila. En resumen la casa está bien, solo que hay aspectos que tienen que mejorar.
