As the new owners of this magnificent residence, we are delighted to welcome you to our 19th century manor house located in Montier en Der in Champagne, 10 minutes from the largest artificial lake in Europe. In order to delight your taste buds, Dominique, a caterer for 30 years, offers his services. Upon your arrival, ClaudeAnnie, a winemaker, will be pleased to offer you a tasting of her Champagne, whose LAMOUREUX Jean-Jacques brand is located in Les Riceys, one hour from Montier-en-der.
It is a charming residence with its wooded park, perfect for family and friends reunions or small seminars. The rooms are spacious, we have deliberately kept its "family home" side with its large "old-fashioned" kitchen.

. Outside, young and old will have the pleasure of enjoying the heated above-ground swimming pool, open from May 1 to September 30 (exceptionally open beyond September 30, 2024 if the weather is favorable), as well as a ping-pong table, a games area (apparatus) and a trampoline.
Inside, meet around a game of billiards or to relax by the fire in the large living room or around a board game. Children will be able to have fun with many games and books.

IMPORTANT: Rental of 7 days minimum in July / August and 2 / 3 days nights minimum the rest of the year depending on the season.

Pets allowed, notify us in advance, limit to 2 maximum. Household linen (tea towels, tablecloths 15 towels and 15 bath towels) and bed linen included in the price of the stay.
Deposit of € 1000 to be paid on arrival.
Deposit of € 100 for the arrival of animals.
Heating costs not included: € 30 / day on average. Fuel consumption 5L / H, cost according to the market price.
We will hand over the keys to you at the agreed time
