The quietest stay we’ve ever experienced. Pretty neighborhood, very safe, with pretty lawn and landscaping.
New and clean interior. Instant hot water in bathroom a plus. One of the master beds was really lumpy and creaky though, woke us up through the night. The other was much better, but we were lucky we were only two occupying a 2bed 2 bath. The amenities stated tennis, which we brought racquets for, but this property did not have courts. Maybe it was referring to a different property or off-site location. One thing that was a bit off-putting were the unfriendly instructions on how to throw out the garbage outside and start the dishwasher upon checkout to avoid a fine. Not that we were going to BbQ, but there were so many conflicting instructions, both in the email and on the bbq itself that I wouldn’t even try. I guess the stern voice became necessary at some point, but it makes me want to stay at a hotel, esp with the high taxes and fees that come along w a VRBO stay. Still, a super relaxing and, like I said, QUIET stay. Good for family or 2 couples. You wouldn’t get this much house and patio w a hotel.
