HOLIDAY RENTAL WITH PRIVATE HEATED POOL FOR VACATION IN DORDOGNE

This characteristic country home is situated in the countryside (but not secluded) between La Roque Gageac and Domme. Ideal starting point to visit the main touristy sites of Dordogne. The house comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bath / shower rooms and can accommodate a max of 9 people (6 adults and 3 children).
With a living area of +/- 120m², the house offers:

On the ground floor
Entrance with hallway to part of the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 1 Single bed (90 cm wide) suitable for 1 child. Closet.
Bedroom 2 with air-conditioning: Double bed (160 cm wide), closet. Private en suite suite bathroom: Bathtub/shower, washbasin, a bidet and WC. Heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (2 x 90 cm wide), 2 closets.
Shower room: Shower, washbasin, a washing machine.

Kitchen with central island and 2 high stools. A worktop with a 5-burner gas stove with oven. A single sink and a dishwasher. Electric oven and microwave.A refrigerator with freezing part. Access to the garden.

Independent dining area with bay windows opening to the garden, a table with 8 chairs.
Upstairs (accessible over wooden stairs with ramps):

Attention both bedrooms at the 1st floor have fitted carpet.

Bedroom 4 with air-conditioning: Double bed (160 cm wide), closet.
Bathroom: Shower, washbasin and a dryer.
Bedroom 5 with air-conditioning: Double bed (160 cm wide), closet. Armchair and table.
The outside:

The house is situated at a fenced property with a wooden entrance gate, parking in the entrance courtyard and in front of the house.
Grassed and flowered areas at the front and at the back of the house, paved terrace with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).
A children's swing in a tree and a small slide for young children.
Private heated pool (pool size 10 m x5 m). Pool depth 1m - 1m50. The pool is currently secured by an alarm and will be replaced by a removable cover in June. Once the cover is installed, the alarm will be removed and the cover (which locks) will replace the alarm as a safety device. This shelter opens fully for swimming, but maintains the water temperature at night.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Office de Tourisme de Domme. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the cottage.

Lovely house in great situation
A lovely property in a great situation and the heated pool was great even at the end of September. Kitchen very well equipped. One en suite bathroom downstairs, the only other loo is also downstairs but upstairs rooms have lovely shower room. Not able to give 5 stars as bedding iis tired. Hopefully owner will revamp over the winter break. Lots of great places to visit in the area.

Location was superb, pool lovely, good garden and bbq. Unfortunately a little dark inside and bathrooms need updating. Kitchen good size but needs proper oven if cooking for a large party.Bedding also tired.

Lovely property
The pool is a good size and a real highlight for all of us as a family, property is a good size and comfortable. Air con in some bedrooms is a real bonus. Location is good for exploring the area although a car would still be recommended

Bon séjour , à part la piscine non utilisable car non chauffée suite à un problème technique. Remboursement de 10 % du loueur , mais dommage quand même
