This bright and cheery 2/2 split plan has a beautiful lake view in the lush with Oak trees immunity creating some canopy drives as you drive throughout the community. Water Oak Country Club is a gated community located in Lady Lake, FL and includes live entertainment, restaurant, lots of activities to choose from, gym, spa, 2 clubhouses, 2 pools and is only about 5 minutes from The Villages with a variety of entertainment, shops, restaurants, parks.
This home has a covered carport parking with up to 4 cars that can park in the driveway and 2 in the covered carport.
This cute house comes with a practically brand new washer & dryer and is wonderfully furnished with a beautiful full view of the lake with fountains that you can see from the lanai where you can relax and enjoy the view which includes remote-controlled blinds and electric fireplace.
The entire home was redone in 2021 with new vinyl laminate flooring. The house has been freshly painted and has a new dishwasher and hot water tank installed in 2022.
The Lanai is glass enclosed with remote-controlled shades. There are stores and restaurants close by, including a restaurant up the hill alongside the golf course with a pro shop.
