lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and the owners are very helpful and polite. Well equipped ,with the exception of the lack of a kettle, but well maintained. In a nice spot, very close to the pool and restaurants. Not really a major tourist spot, not a lot of nightlife, but lovely for a quiet relaxing week.

Días maravillosos

Me enamoré locamente de las preciosas playas cercanas que hay, han sido unos días increibles conociendo Algarve, repetiría mil veces, lo único que las primeras noches uno de nosotros dormía en un colchón inchable y nos caíamos por eso decidimos abrir el sofá cama pero tuvimos un problema y no pudimos cerrarlo, lo siento de corazón por los daños ocasionados y espero que me dejen volver a repetir.

Desde já agradecer os miminhos dados pelos proprietários..(no interior do frigorífico)😁 A zona é muito tranquila conforme o esperado e o condomínio muito bem cuidado! A praia fica muito próxima e com trilhos muito bonitos para quem gosta de caminhar.. De realçar o facto de ter 2 varandas ( 1 delas óptima para quem optar por fazer as refeições por casa). Cumprimentos e a vontade de um dia poder voltar!

Da propriedade destaco o próprio apartamento muito espaçoso, muito bem decorado e equipada com todos os utensílios necessários. O apartamento tem duas excelentes varandas com mobiliário de exterior que permite realizar refeições e convívio. O acesso á praia da Nossa Senhora da Rocha é fácil e rápido mesmo para crianças. A piscina é grande e tem espaço envolvente suficiente, sendo que nas horas mais concorridas se torna mais difícil o seu uso de forma descontraída. Dispõe de restaurantes nas redondezas para todas as refeições do dia. Resumindo foi uma estadia muito agradável e positiva.

Appartement très bien et propriétaire excellant

Appartement au RDC très bien sauf un petit bémol il y a un balcon ou il y a le petit canapé nous ne pouvons pas en profité car au rdc et beaucoup de passage. Tout le reste très bien. Pour la piscine fin juillet beaucoup trop de monde nous ne pouvons pas nager. Les propriétaires très très sympa.

Très bon séjour

Maria et Joaquim disponibles et très gentils nous ont très bien accueilli. La location est très propre et fonctionnelle. Nous étions très proches de sites touristiques très beaux. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec nos enfants.

De salientar o esforço por parte dos proprietários, para termos uma estadia o mais confortável possível, à última da hora acabamos por levar mais uma criança e de imediato se disponibilizaram para arranjar mais uma cama extra. O apartamento corresponde na totalidade ao que vimos nas fotografias, muito bem equipado, com tudo a funcionar. De destacar a limpeza e bom gosto da decoração em geral. Localização excelente, com piscina para os miúdos, a 5 minutos a pé da praia Sr.da Rocha (500/600m aprox.), 6 minutos de carro de Armação de Pêra(3.5Km aprox.). Recomendo de todo, urbanização tranquila, segura e muito bem cuidada. Mais uma vez muito obrigado à D.Maria José e Sr.Joaquim, por toda a disponibilidade e amabilidade com que nos receberam.

A estadia começou com a receção dos proprietários do apartamento, pessoas muito simpáticas, e terminou com o chekout também com a sua presença. Pelo meio, uma semana sem qualquer tipo de problema. O apartamento é cómodo e corresponde por inteiro à descrição. Decorado com muito gosto, extremamente limpo e com tudo a funcionar na perfeição. Bem situado, em zona urbana mas relativamente calma, com todo o tipo de serviços perto e a 5 minutos a pé da Praia da Srª da Rocha (pessoalmente recomendo a Praia Nova, mesmo ao lado). Apesar de não ter garagem, o estacionamento na zona é fácil e inspira segurança. Só ponto positivos, recomendo!

Uma boa estadia

Apartamento bem equipado, com muito boas condições e bom gosto na decoração. Está implantado num lugar sossegado, a poucos minutos do centro de Armação de Pêra e a 200 metros da praia da Senhora da Rocha. Onde é possível usufruir de uns dias relaxantes e bem passados. Recomendo vivamente.
