Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! L’appartement est très bien situé, à 3 minutes à pied de la gare de train, 10 minutes à pied de l’épicerie (Pingo doce), 12 minutes du Centre-ville. Plusieurs restaurant juste à côté (Quay est excellent). Gina nous donne de bons conseils. La douche romaine est parfaite! Tout était parfait! Nous y retournerions sans problèmes.

Scenic Location Perfect for a Walking Vacation
Property owner and manager were great, with very responsive and welcoming communications. The unit was clean and spacious. The large, private balcony (with table & chairs, and two lounges) was wonderful - with a beautiful view of the marina. In addition to the view, we found the location to be perfect for a walking vacation. The unit was just a three minute walk from the train station. There were lots of restaurants around (including Quay right next door which we enjoyed). The grocery store was nearby and easy to get to. And we could explore the rocky coast by foot and by water (took a shore line cruise with Blue Fleet). We walked to Ponta da Piedade, mostly on a boardwalk that hugged the coast and offered spectacular views. Along that walk, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Camilo Restaurant. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if back in the area.

I really enjoyed staying at Peter’s place. The view from the balcony is amazing. Parking was straight forward. The place had everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

Great Place to stay
We ran late due to train issues and Gina was very accommodating, making our arrival stress free. Clean apartment and more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The kitchen was great when we decided to have lunch when we needed a break from restaurants. 7 minute walk to downtown historical Lagos, and the location was great as it was just outside of that very busy area. Loved to sit on the balcony and watch the boats come in. Very quiet at night and walking distance of local grocery shop, train station, restaurants and beaches. Had easy access to the next door pool. We would recommend this place!

The condo is a great location. Right on the marina, lots of cafes and restaurants. It's less than a 10 minute walk to Pingo Doce for groceries. The condo is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to. A big balcony with 2 chaises lounges and a 4 seat dining table overlook the marina. The check in was great! Gina met us there and gave us the keys, pool passes and explained where to park in the underground garage. We rented a car from Marina car rental, which you can walk over the foot bridge to go pick up. I would stay here again and would recommend this condo to family and friends.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo overlooking the Lagos marina. Such an easy check-in, thank you Carlos. A large patio that we used from morning to night. The kitchen was well equipped providing us with all we needed to enjoy our time in the condo. The beds were comfortable and we all loved the shower. The condo is very close to Old Town and it's a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We loved the apartment. Everything from the location, to the management (Carlos and Peter) were excellent. Loved the balcony overlooking the marina where we had our breakfast and Happy Hour every morning and afternoon. Close to supermarket and center of old town. Best Location
We were met by Carlos on our arrival, he explained everything to us that we needed to know, also that there were passess for a local hotel swiming pool. Whilst at the apartment we were in contact with Carlos via Whattsapp. We spent 10 days at this apartment with our daughter and her husband. The apartment has a fab view over the Marina. The apartment is very well equiped, iron/board, beech towels and parasols, dish washer, washing machine, excellent hairdryer according to my wife. Music centre, TV and video. Its is a comfortable walking into town and the beech. Also restaurants and bars line the Marina which are a minute or so away. Very short drive to the fully stocked supermarket, could walk there, but carrying heavy bags back didnt appeal to the wife. The beech is an absolute Gem, fine sand, gentle slop into the sea, a life guard on duty every time we visited. We used sunloungers and parasol infront of a beech bar/restaurant, 15 euros a day. We had use of a designated parking space in the basement of the apartment, which meant our car was out of the sun and secure, very convenient, especially when returning from a day out visiting the many places of interest. This is an absolute great apartment to stay, we can't think of a negative, apart from having to leave to return home. Thank you John, Jane, Hannah and James

What a view! Beautiful shaded balcony. Wonderful and clean apartment. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Beautiful and updated bathroom. Emails and questions were answered in a very timely manner and friendly to deal with. Property Manager was a pleasure. Would definitely recommend. We wish we had booked a longer stay. 2nd time at this apartment. It is in a great position right on the Marina, lots of Buzz about the place. Has all you need for the holiday. Outside furniture could do with updating, not the most comfortable. The only problem we had was with the neighbours. She was so rude and was constantly poking her head around the wall and telling us to be quiet. This was at 3-4pm in the afternoon, unbelievable. We did just ignore her, but she would just stay and listen to our conversations.
