The Fully Air Conditioned property has a large downstairs kitchen and living room that opens up onto a large terrace that overlooks the beach with spectacular ocean views. The spacious terrace is ideal for outdoor dining and consists of seating. canopy and large barbecue. There are high ceilings throughout and 2 large bedrooms and a large bright main bathroom. The master bedroom has exceptional ocean views and a large balcony overlooking the beach. The beach is approx. 400 m from the front door, accessible by road/footpath and has numerous beach bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach leads you into the historic town of Lagos and to its renowned Marina that has a large selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
