Tervetuloa Papakea! Välissä Kaanapali ja Kapalua maailmanluokan golf lomakohteet ja minuutin päässä kaupoista, museoita, ravintoloita ja gallerioita lähellä Lahaina ja Whalers Village. Papakea on 13 hehtaarin Oceanfront Resort kanssa tosi Aloha tunne Maui.

Papakea Resort sijaitsee kaksi yksityistä allasta, kaksi poreallas n, suora rannalla pääsy, Cabana, kolme valaistu tenniskentät, kaksi shuffleboard tuomioistuimet, kaksi 18-reikäistä asettaa vihreät, Koi lammikot, rehevä puutarha, ja 12 ulkogrilleille. Tämä keino on myös Activity Desk. Sillä urheilun harrastaja, golfkentät Kapalua ja Kaanapali ovat lähellä, samoin kuin suuri snorklausta, meloa-lennolle ja boogie-lennolle. Tai ota aikaa kävely mailia pehmeää hiekkaa rannat.

Hiljattain listattu neljäs kerros 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen kulmayksikköön huoneisto on merinäköala oma Lanai "E" Building. Yksikkö on keskeinen ilmastointi (harvinainen poikkeus Papakea) ja on myös kattotuuletin ja TV: n jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa. Jos haluat pysyä "kytketty", Papakea tarjoaa ilmaisen langattoman internetyhteyden. Nauti kylmä juoma Lanai ihailla samalla kaunis näköala ja kuunnella aaltojen. Runsaasti ilmainen pysäköinti (ensimmäinen ajoneuvo) ja sekä hissi ja portaat sijaitsevat lähellä oleviin.

Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istuma sekä satelliitti-TV, DVD-soitin ja stereot CD-soittimella. On ruokapöytä istuimet neljälle sisällä, sekä istuimet neljälle yksityisen Lanai. Keittiö on täysin varustettu uusia ruokalajeja, keittiövälineet, astianpesukone, jääkaappi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, ja kahvinkeitin. Laitteessa on myös oma täysikokoinen Etukäteispalkkio pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Makuuhuoneessa on queen size-vuode runsaasti pukeutuja ja kaappitilaa. Vierashuone yläkerran parvella on king size-vuode, runsaasti kaappitilaa ja on myös litteä televisio. On olemassa kaksi kylpyhuonetta, yksi yläkerrassa parvi alueella ja toinen pääkerroksessa. On aivan uusi queen size ulosvedettävä sohva olohuoneessa ylimääräisiä vieraita.

Kaikki vuodevaatteet myös suuri ranta pyyhkeet.

Everything you need with a beautiful view
We had a great time staying at Papakea. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt right at home. The view from the lanai was stunning. Beautiful grounds with lots to do.

Maui Wedding
What an incredible trip! Our oldest son got married at Merriman’s. It was magical. Our stay at the Papakea was just perfect. The location was so ideal. The resort offered everything we needed…ocean, pool, hot tub, shuffle board, golf putting, a bamboo garden filled with birds, and friendly staff. Our balcony view was spectacular. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions. We were close to amenities such as a grocery store, a convenience store, a farmer’s market and food trucks. Honestly…it was perfect!!!

Family wedding weekend /two nights day
Location was conveniently located, not far from events we attended in Kaanapali & Olowalu. Unit was spacious and well equipped. A few comments - sound travels from downstairs living room couch to upstairs loft, so best not to put snorer & snorer sensitive person in this same space. Bedroom downstairs has a door so that is of help. Staircase is rather narrow and turns on the last three steps near the bottom. Need to pay attention to this or it is easy to slip or trip. Downstairs bathroom shower door does not stay closed, latch needs repair. The tall furniture on the lanai is nice, allows for great views. The property is very nice to walk around as is the path along the beach. Great views of Molokai and Lanai. We fell in love with the ABC store and deli next door. Such a great selection of local food & treats. Friendly people working in all of the places that we went.

Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic time while on Maui. The condo was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed spending time poolside and walking along the shore. The balcony was a favorite spot to soak in the view while reading a book. We even spent a morning making our own leis! We are so grateful for the time to spend together as friends. Thanks for giving us the perfect spot to rest and relax.

All around great
Our family has been to Maui 10 times now and this location is one of our favorites. The property is well maintained, pools and hot tubs are sizeable, and ocean access points are fantastic. The unit gets morning sun and is shaded for the rest of the day so it stays cool. The AC worked perfectly. The sofa sleeper mattress was comfortable enough for my wife and I. The sunsets on the ocean wall were picturesque. Whales abounded our entire trip. Outside food and grocery we're within walking distance. Our entire family is already planning to come back to this spot. The hosts communicated very well. Never had any ants or bugs, just keep everything clean and you'll be fine. Appliances and everything were just fine. Again, great condo!

We were here to vacation with family. The unit was good. We liked the views and it had everything we needed. The kitchen cabinets need a little updating and I wish there was more overhead lighting throughout but overall the unit was great.

Cheryl was very pro-active prior to our arrival and gave a lot of hints and usefull recommendations for our stay on Maui. The resort is perfectly located for exploring the island and relaxing on the beach. The apartment is well equipped and the whole resort is very clean and maintained. The sofa sleeper is not that brand new anymore, at least the mattress wasn't in best condition - but it worked! Please be informed that there is a resort fee payable on site of 17 USD per day.

Disappointing Stay
Despite many great reviews and a very nice owner this place was a huge disappointment. We.found out at check in that the elevator in the E building was out of order with no fix date in sight. We were able to use an elevator in sn adjacent building , but it's not very convenient. The main reason for my negative review is the infestation of roaches/bugs. I immediately notified owner with pictures. She said the pest control would come the next day, only to hear later that they couldn't come until late the last day of our stay. This was completely unacceptable and put a huge damper on our trip. She wss able to get a maintenance person in to replace a leaking faucet. The unit is very dated, cleaning not up to my standards and definitely not paradise I'm sorry to say. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed Papakea, but not our time in this unit.

Cute Condo with an Ocean View!
This condo was fantastic! A group of 6 friends came here for my belated birthday and had a great time. It was definitely a little tight for 6 people, with the pictures on the listing making it look a little bigger than it was (likely because of the mirrors). Cheryl was a great host and was very communicative before and during the trip. We came in late Sept and the AC was a lifesaver. The place was clean and as listed. The one thing I'd say (similar to other reviews) is that some facilities could be updated. The washing machine made an incredibly loud banging sound that prohibited us from using it - that caused some inconvenience when needing to wash towels and such. The beach chairs and such that were included were pretty old / rickety, so we decided not to use it. However, as long as the washer/dryer situation is fixed, the place was as great as it was shown in the listing!
