Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was clean but they only come to clean once a week to clean again and there is no trash cans or cleaning tools so garbage piles up and room gets dirty on top of being well over priced for the services you get.
Staff was nice at the office is the only good thing about this place. Health and safety hazards galore. Walked into room and noticed the smoke detector battery slot open without a battery. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and baseboards probably due to the exhaust fan not working. The air filter on the air conditioner was filthy. Also hard to tell if the door is locked or not because there is no deadbolt and no other security measure inside like a latch or something on the door. Sheets seemed to be half washed with a few curly black hairs similar to pubic hairs on them. The parking is ridiculous due to their not being ample room go park vehicles so it is over crowded. The refund policy is NO refunds whatsoever and I can see why with such poor conditions.

Rudeness of staff at check in. They claimed they didnt have our reservation and when i showed them confirnation I felt like they were forced to find accommodations for us. I reserved 2 rooms. One was fine but in the other one the TV and toilet didn't work.
