Discover the perfect lakefront getaway in this stylish, open-concept home offering a hot tub with amazing lake views. Sleeps 7 and offers a fully stocked kitchen, modern décor, and breathtaking views. Enjoy the water toys including paddleboards, kayaks and a lillypad. Unwind in the spacious living area with floor to ceilling garage door windows, sip coffee, or relax by the firepit near the lake. Whether you're seeking adventure or serenity, this retreat has everything you need!
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Located on the main level, this room features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, twin rollaway bed, a dedicated workspace, and a closet for storage.
Bedroom 2 (Second Level): Features two queen beds, an armoir for clothing storage, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy a stunning lake view right from the window.
Full Bathroom (Main Level): Features a stand-up shower and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Makeup towelettes and a hair dryer are also provided.
White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.
Beach towels provided during stay.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, and dishes. A starter supply of paper towels, and dish soap is provided.
The coffee & tea bar features a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We also supply a starter set of ground coffee, filters, K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia to get your mornings started right.
Laundry Room: A washer and dryer are available for use during your stay. For your convenience, we provide laundry detergent and wool dryer balls. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.
We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.
Driveway parking is available for 3 cars. Street parking is prohibited between 2:00am-6:00am.
The grill is located at the garage and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- If a guest is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
-Rental Agreement must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code of entry.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 7 guests allowed in the home.

Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back yard, side door and yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb's strict cancellation policy for further details.
