Ulkoominaisuudet:
2 valaistua kannetta, jossa piknikpöytä, pubipöytä ja jakkarat, oleskelutilot, Adirondack-tuolit ja pöytä, katettu terassi, palokammio, propaani-BBQ-grilli, suuri alue hevosenkengille ja maissireiä.

Pääsy yksityiselle rannalle Harmonyn järvellä, tenniskenttä ja Shuffleboard-kenttä ovat kävelyetäisyydellä.

Kodin asettelu:
Ensimmäinen kerros: Suuri täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa graniittitiskit ja baari, liukusäätimet kannelle, oleskelualue, jossa taulutelevisio ja puulämmitteinen takka, 2 makuuhuonetta queen-vuoteilla, täysi kylpyamme ja pesukone.

Toinen kerros: Perhehuone, jossa taulutelevisio ja puulämmitteinen takka, pelialue, jossa puskurin allas. tikkataulu ja baarikeittiö, 2 makuuhuonetta queen-vuode, iso kolmas makuuhuone kerrossänky, parivuode, futon (parivuode), parisänky vyöryällä, täysi kylpyamme.

Mukana on pääsy kahden hengen kajakkiin, joissa on melontavälineet, 2 maastopyörää ja pakkaus ja leikki lapsille.

Kotimme on hieman yli 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Lake Harmonysta, yksityisestä järvestä, joka sallii kalastuksen, moottoriveneet, vesihiihdon ja uinnin. Yksityisellä järviyhteisön rannalla on uima-allas, piknikpöytät ja rantalentopallokenttä. Tennis- ja sekoituskentät käytettävissä naapurustossa. Vaellusreittejä Hickory Run State Park ja Austin Blakeslee Natural Area molemmat vain muutaman mailin päässä. Ski Big Boulder- tai Jack Frost -vuoret ovat molemmat minuutin päässä, mikä tarjoaa myös lumilautailua ja lumiletkua. Muita lähellä olevia paikallisia nähtävyyksiä ovat Pocono Raceway ja Split Rock -lomakeskus. Muita aktiviteetteja ovat moottorikelkkailu, ratsastus, paintball, koskenlasku koskenlaskuun, kalastus, metsästys, minigolf, vesipuistot, kasinopelaaminen, keilailu, elokuvateatteri, useita golfkenttiä ja outlet-ostospaikkoja.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Split Rock Resort Indoor Waterpark. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi vesipuiston, kuumavesialtaan ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Lake getaway
The house was just as described and very welcoming. My family had a great extended weekend even through the weather didn’t fully cooperate. There is plenty to do in the area and in the house with all of the games that are provided and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Perfect location, great house, great price
This house was great for our group. We were 3 families with multiple kids, so we used 3 rooms for adults and 2 rooms for kids. The upstairs living room was a great space to hang out and well stocked with games and puzzles. Clean and exactly as described upon arrival. The hot tub was amazing after a day in the cold skiing. Thanks to the owner for being super responsive to our questions. We had a great two night stay and the price can't be beat. Note to renters: bring everything - linens (including hand towels for kitchen and bath), paper products (paper towels, plates, napkins), dishwasher soap, foil/plastic wrap, plastic containers for leftovers, laundry soap, all toiletries, etc.

Spacious house for 9 guests that could accommodate more. Convenient location to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Owner was responsive and very helpful when a minor issue needed repair. Overall, fun time away with friends in the Poconos.

House was as listed. A lot of beds to accommodate large groups and kids/families. Great second floor seating area. Did not indicate that linens were not included in the listing, there was a last minute scramble to book rentals. Overall a nice house and close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder.

We had a very nice time in the Lake Harmony area! We enjoyed being on a cul de sac which was quiet during the week but turned into party haven on the weekend which gave us a little less sleep! Better bear proof containers are needed with trash being pulled into the woods, can’t blame the bears! Overall it was a great experience for all our grown kids and grandchildren! Karen and Tom

Great stay!
We had such a great experience staying at this home! We enjoyed sitting by the fire and going in the hot tub. All the bedrooms were spacious and clean. We spent so much time on the large, back deck. I highly recommend this rental!

Mom-Mom’s 70th Birthday Celebration
All 16 of us arrived Friday (1/31/20). We were all pleasantly surprised at how spacious the house was for us. Every couple had their own bedroom and there was a bedroom that looked like it was designed for all 8 grandchildren. The children loved the large bedroom. We enjoyed the kitchen area for cooking and it over looked the woods and Sunday morning we had a visit from a deer family. Everything about this home was lovely and it was a perfect place for a special birthday celebration for mom-mom. We are anxious to hopefully be able to rent this beautiful home again the same time next year.

1. Immaculate house 2. Great backyard and games to go with it 3. Short walk to boulders through the jungle 4. Access to private beach was a plus for kids 5. Ample space for a group of 15+ 6. The outside decks were great with ample seating (We spent alomst all the time outside except for eating)

Great place to stay
The house has everything you can imagine you would need away from home in the kitchen. Fire pit was awesome and we used the corn hole game available as well. It was true to what I expected from what was advertised. Fit our 14 people with plenty of room. Love love love the two decks! Saw lots of wildlife including a bear a couple of times. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Pocono house!
We used this house for a long weekend for a birthday gathering for a large group of people. We were impressed with the pictures that were posted of the house online. However, the house was even more beautiful in person! We comfortably slept 16 people with no issues. The house has many amenities that fit all of our needs. It was a fairly short walk down to the lake. There are a few bars and restaurants less than a 5 minute drive away. If you enjoy watching wildlife, this house is for you. We had a family of deer in our yard every morning. The owners typically responded to questions within minutes and were very hospitable. We had a great experience!

Our group of 10 had an awesome weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. House was very clean and everything worked as expected. There is a boulder field you can get to via a path in the backyard. We had a very relaxing time. Lots of deer and wildlife all around. Definitely check this place out. Thanks for everything, Denise!

Nice house, great setting- bring your supplies!
The house was very well maintained inside and up to date, which isn't that common in this area. The decks were huge and a great feature. A few disappointments- the listing info doesn't make note of the fact that linens or bathroom supplies aren't provided which is often the case with similar listings- usually these exclusions are very prominently featured. Since it wasn't explicitly called out I made the mistake of not asking and thus arrived without towels, toiler paper or sheets. Another surprise was that the "cable" TV was really just broadcast TV via a cable box in 3 locations (in a 5BR home). Anything beyond that is basically internet TV- i,e, Netflix. Unfortunately there was a random net outage during the stay which meant we couldn't watch much of anything. When you have rainy weather or members of your party who are likely to spend quite a bit of time inside (as we did) having at least basic cable comes in handy. The second floor living area TV couldn't even broadcast standard TV channels which was a bit frustrating- it was connected to DVD player and Roku stick only. This is first HA property we've used that didn't have ANY cable on any TV in the house. We had a recurring issue with the microwave that seemed like it was a lingering problem that undoubtedly other renters had experienced and complained about. There are two mountain bikes, but one has gears that don't work (which isn't helpful one the inclines nearby) and the other had a hole in the front tire so it went flat hours after we pumped it full of air. There was wood inside for the fire pit but it was apparently "fresh" wood and thus very difficult to ignite- there really wasn't any kindling sized wood to be found so we used newspaper, sticks in the yard and fire starter bricks (provided) which got us 10 minutes of fire before the moist logs got the better of the situation. The space and setting were great and as advertised and if you plan to spend little time inside I'm sure the issues noted here will barely bother you. I definitely learned to read carefully and not assume anything regarding linens or supplies in a rental home. The owner was responsive to my text questions and my phone call on Day 1.
