The resort pool and waterfall special order red rock boulders came from the “Duval Mine in Kingman AZ.” The Lux Villa back patio offers large 8ft diameter hot tub and 30,000 Gallon resort style pool with a deep end 10 1/2 feet if you want to practice scuba. Off the back patio you will find a full size teak dinning table + 6 comfortable chairs. Soak in the hot tub with high seclusion, privacy and star gazing! Located in town and close to everything as well as Windsor Boat Launch. It is the perfect location to recharge after a long day of fun as well as just relax out and enjoy!

*** Master bathroom has pedestal sink, your toiletries place on large tub top or glass shelve for easy access. Lots of empty drawers and walk in closet for monthly long stays. 2nd Bathroom has beautiful Vanity with storage.
*** The pool has no safety features surrounding it. Use at your own risk. No glass around or in pool, plastic is provided in Built in Bar in kitchen. Travertine style tile surrounding the pool, slippery when wet, please wear sandals or water shoes for more grip***

*** The internet is with StarLink and has been the best for us so far.
*** Due to safety reasons, the hot tub's heater is turned off. The hot tub heats from the master bedroom control and takes 1 1/2 hours to heat and included with stay. The pool at this time is not available to heat without large deposit. The pool is 30K gallons so not usually financially worth it to heat. The home is on natural gas.
*** Third bedroom has a pull out foam king topper for extra people kids to sleep. Also (2) lux twin size electric fillable portable mattresses.
**** House has no kid safe auto close doors or gates to protect from pool. You can secure glass doors at night with top latch locks but a smart kid could get up on chair and remove. Although it would take effort a young child could access pool as well from laundry room door so make sure gate is locked. We have never had any incidents but house was built at time before many child proof regulations in place for builders.
