Your experience comes first!
This is a great hotel with experienced staff at every position. Regardless of their precise job, they were knowledgeable about every aspect of the hotel, the location, and the tourist interests. They were there to make your experience better. The lobby and room decor/arrangement make one feel welcome and cozy immediately. The hotel has all the amenities such as pool, fitness room, spa, fine dining restaurant, casual restaurant, etc. It is located within a 10 minute walk of Lake Louise "village". Internet reception was good.

Quaint property. Showing age in some areas, but very beautiful & comfortable. Room had nice seating area & a fireplace! Even a balcony. Ate at the Outpost, food was delicious. Staff is attentive & friendly. Highly recommend
