This beautiful home has a fenced yard and mountain view! It is in Riverbend community so you can use the community beach, swim the lake, walk the trails, enjoy the river too. Pets are welcome. A river runs through the community. There is no smoking inside the home. You can pick up a parking pass for the beach parking at the guard shack. We provide you with all coffee, tea, coco, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, linens, towels and paper products needed for your getaway. All you need to bring, is your clothes, food and the desire to kick back, relax and enjoy. There is a grill for BQ. There is a wood fire pit in the yard with wood free of charge. We have hummingbirds off the deck.

Amazing home with mountain views
Most beautiful stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable. Yard was perfect for my fur babies. I loved the gas fireplace. The scented candle burner was also a lovely touch to make one feel at home during the holidays. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Beautiful stay!
Bethany was so very accomodating from my very first communication with her. The home is exactly as pictured and even better! We've stayed at many rental homes for vacations but Bethany really goes out of her way in every small detail of their home. Every detail is well thought out. Doggy toys. Warm blankets to snuggle by the fire. Smores kit. Fire wood. Comfy bedding. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Nespresso machine with pods.Teas. Sugar cubes. Coffee creamer. Lovely wine glasses and dishes. There is such thoughfulness in every detail of their home. I am so impressed and we will defintely return in the future. Thank you to Bethany for hosting our family of 4 and 2 sweet pups at their beautiful mountain home in Lake Lure. It was the perfect quick getaway for us!

Great place to stay if traveling with dogs!
Cabin has such a beautiful view of the mountains, and two decks to take advantage of while having your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The best feature is the really nice fenced in yard, perfect if traveling with pups. The house is completely fenced in, so whether you let them out the front or back door they are secure. Makes hanging out on the deck so much more enjoyable, knowing they are safe while running around and playing. Definitely plan to stay again! Thanks so much for making our stay perfect:)

Wonderful spot for a getaway!
This house was great and the host was very sweet and accommodating! The dogs loved the big fenced in yard. We loved the AMAZING view, the fire pit, the fire place and the s’mores supplies (provided by the host). We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect for our weekend!
We needed to get away for a few days. This was the perfect place away from home. My family and my dogs had a good time relaxing. The pictures don't do this property justice. Definitely a place I will recommend for others to stay.

Spectacular views with all the necessary amenities. Great location to Buffalo Creek park, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure and other outdoor activities. Owner was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Looking forward to coming back.

I loved staying here, the house was just as pictured, but what’s not pictured is all of the things the house is already stocked with. Bethany has thought of everything and was always super responsive. I’ve already shared this listing with a friend and if I’m ever back in the area, I’d definitely stay here. Since it was a short trip I mostly ate out or had to go, but you could easily cook in this home.

The property was beautiful - very well appointed and equipped. It was so comfy and the two back decks were perfect for watching the sunsets. We loved that the yard was fenced for our two dogs. A very dog friendly place. And tons to do in the area.

Peaceful mountain home
We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. The location and mountain views were amazing and it was super clean and comfortable. It was so nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning and watch the hummingbirds. After a busy day of excursions we hung out on the deck and watched the sun set over the mountains. Loved the fire pit and s’mores too, what a nice touch. Truly a magical spot to vacation and so nice to bring our dog along. We made some great memories. Thank you!

Beautiful home & Beautiful View
From the moment I messaged Bethany prior to even considering reserving this vacation home, she responded right away. Although the pictures of the home and the scenery surrounding the area are beautiful, it's even better in person. As soon as we stepped foot in the home, we felt the warmth and coziness of all that is needed to enjoy a vacation getaway. Bethany & Alen made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, we stepped in, and light music was playing, the AC was set at a nice cool temperature and a nice light spa scent diffuser was set as well. This home was extremely clean in every aspect of the way. It is by far the best vacation home we've stayed in and we have stayed in a few. We felt safe being that it is a gated community. The lake located in the community is nice and it's less than a 5-minute drive. The drive into town to see the Lake Lure area or Chimney Rock are also a short drive. We had a magnificent time and our pups enjoyed the home as well as the fenced in backyard.

Spring trip with the pups
We had such a relaxing trip and a very private location with gorgeous views. We appreciated the fenced in yard so we didn't need to watch dogs constantly. There are two great size decks with seating and we used the grill several times. You are close enough to several towns, shopping, wineries, and distilleries for the off season for boating. Being in a gated community was very nice with a private small lake and trails. Thank you!

Girls Weekend
My friend (and our two pups) were in Lake Lure for a Girls Weekend. The house was so cute, clean, and well-appointed! The pups enjoyed the great fenced-in yard and we loved the decks and fire pit. Bethany was very responsive and her check-in and check-out processes were clearly communicated and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!
We stayed for several weeks while waiting to transition to our new home. This was a perfect respite to relax and work. Everything we needed was there and we were able to stay with our pets in the safely of the fenced yard. The house is cozy and inviting with gorgeous views. Highly recommend!
