Ole yksi ensimmäisistä vieraista, joka nauttii hiljattain remontoidusta historiallisesta kodista, joka sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Lake Placid -kylässä. Voit kävellä kaikkialla!

Laitimme juuri viimeistelymme TÄYSIN UUDISTAMISEKSI tästä kauniista vuosisadan vaiheen kodista. ADK Mountain House on erittäin tilava ja mahtuu 28 ihmistä erittäin mukavasti! Avoin konseptin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on 10 'katot, ajattele maalaismaista lodgea, jolla on teollinen ilme.

Ominaisuudet runsaasti pysäköintitilaa (8 autoa) ja uskomattomat näkymät.

Nauti tämän kauniin vuoden 1896 kodin klassisesta viehätyksestä kaikilla haluamillasi modernilla mukavuuksilla, uusittu ylhäältä alas. Rakastat aivan uusia laitteita, tuplaa kaikesta gourmet-keittiössä suurille ryhmille! Hyvin varustetut kalusteet, upouudet kylpyhuoneet ja parketit koko talossa. Mukana oleva kuisti on täydellinen paikka aloittaa päiväsi sillä ensimmäisellä kupillisella kahvia. Lähetä lapset takaisin leikkimään Teddy Bear Park -puistossa, vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Et koskaan halua poistua ADK Mountain Housesta!

We spent 4 nights in this fantastic home. It had everything we needed for our group of 18. The double refrigerator, stove and washer/dryers were an extra luxury. The location can’t be beat. You can see Main Street from the house.

Perfect winter weekend
Tom told me to prepare to be wowed, but it’s so much more than wow!! This house is truly amazing!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 18. Nine adults and nine grandkids ages 1-8. Two of every appliance made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Ample everything from dishes and silverware to garbage bags, cleaning supplies and off street parking. Beds galore and very comfortable!! Lots and lots of room for everyone!! Perfect central location to everything in town with a playground right next door. Perfect spot to build a snowman with the kids!! This will be our go to property for future Lake Placid trips!!

Great family reunion home
It was great - accommodation were ok- I suggested a new king mattress, we added a few small kitchen implements- overall our kids and grands skied almost everyday- as well as shopped through town . Super location- central to everything ! All of us had a blast! I had a TIA, so spent a couple of nights in the hospital and found for a rural area it was fabulous! Would recommend this home to any family, it was great!

Great Group Location
Great location to stay with a large group. The proximity to town is unbeatable; a quick and easy walk to the heart of Main Street. Plenty of rooms and beds with space for a group to spread out. The large kitchen with its double appliances was an added bonus with ample room for food storage and meal preps. Hosts were excellent. Quick communications and accommodating to requests with added insights on what to do and where to visit.

Fantastic stay in Lake Placid
Tom and Emily were great to work with. The house was as advertised for a large group of us in town for the Ironman race. We had plenty of space to be together but separate if needed and there were 17 of us! Every thing we needed was onsite and in great condition. We had a few needs that Emily took care of immediatly. The location to all things Lake Placid was perfect; we loved the games, the large Connect 4 turned into a whole house competition one night! Great house and wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend for a group! Thank you!

Wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our trip to this vacation home so much! It had everhthing our family of 17 (ages 3-94) needed! Two dishwashers, two ovens, two refrigerators, two washers, two dryers! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out; the kids enjoyed the enclosed porch with the games and puzzles provided. I especially appreciated the extra hand bars in the shower on the first floor for my 94 year old Dad. The location is perfect for a visit to Lake Placid. Family walked the short distance to Main Street multiple times a day, enjoying the beach, kayaking, restaurants and, of course, ice cream! The weather was perfect! For the first time in traveling together for thirty years, the family hopes to come back to stay here next year! That really says something about the perfectness of this property! Thank you so much, Thomas!

Perfect for a large group, excellent location
This house was perfect for our large group of friends. Everyone was comfortable in their own spaces yet we still had space to be together in the well-equipped kitchen. We cooked all of our dinners here and had plenty of space in the 2 refrigerator(our kids now want 2 at our own home). The location couldn’t be better. We could easily walk into town and Whiteface was less than a 30 minute drive.

Amazing House Right in Town
After organizing a skip trip for 15 years at 14 different properties, I can easily say that this is the only place that far exceeded our expectations on the VRBO listing. The house was a block off the main street in Lake Placid, which made the entire experience so much more convenient. The house was set up absolutely perfectly - lots of bedrooms and beds, large communal spaces, and a kitchen perfectly equipped for a large group with 2 of every appliance. The host was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Really can't say enough about how great our experience was here. Looking forward to coming back.

Great house for a big group
We were 11 people for a family Christmas gathering and everyone loved the house! The kitchen worked great for big meals and the layout was ideal for our big group. We walked to great restaurants, shops, ice skating, and Olympic sites. Tom was great to work with. Can’t wait to come back!!

The location was terrific, one block from Main Street and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. With a playground literally outside the back door, it couldn’t have been better situated for our family. Amazing place super close to town!
Loved this house! Big, accommodating and close to town! Can walk everywhere is is awesome. The playground out back was a huge plus too for the kids! 2 ovens and fridge also a huge plus! Was able to make 5 pizzas easily! Host was super communicative and available if needed. Great property overall!

Great home for our party of 8, could have hosted plenty more. Easy walk into town and enjoyed all lake placid has to offer. We skied, skated, snowshoed, and snowmobiled. Great host with good recommendations for dinners and activities.

Exactly as pictured
The property manage was terrific. He responded immediately to all our needs. The house is magnificent with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and two of everything - frig, dishwasher, coffee pots, toasters, washers & dryers. It is just as pictured on the website. Easily walking distance to the Main Street. Definitely recommend the rental. We’ll be back.

Lovely location and Comfortable house
The location could not be beat for this property. It is a short walk from Lake Mirror main street. It is a really huge house that can accommodate a fairly large group easily. We stayed with a group of friends and there was no lack of space to spread around and still keep kids out of our hair. There are enough games for kids to keep them occupied even when they are not able to go out due to bad weather. Host is easy to reach out to and responds promptly. The only thing our group wished was for more comfortable furniture. It was not broken or very old but not very comfortable to spend any amount of extended time on it. Overall we loved our stay

We loved the location of this property and the fact that it could hold our whole family for a get together. Our only major complaint was that the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable for sitting around and hanging out in.

Great location to village! Lots of room!
We had a college reunion party of 14 adults. We used all the bedrooms, but please note that one bedroom (on the 3rd floor) does not have a door as it is more of a wide open area with beds in it. This house is a great location to the village of Lake Placid. Easy to walk to the village and also around Mirror Lake. The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience-dishes, glasses, utensils, fridge space, pots & pans. We did have an issue with 1 AC unit-the owner was quick to respond but was not able to get it working. We were out during the day, so it did not affect us much. Everyone was comfortable in the beds, all linens, towels, & pillows are provided. Lots of space for lots of people! We rode the gondola to the top of White Face mountain one day and rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon ride around Lake Placid the other day. Beautiful area, so much to do & enjoy.

Perfect house and location!
This house is perfect for large group, especially families with children. Easy walk to downtown area, which is so handy. There is a playground in backyard, which is great for little kids to get out and burn energy. Large grass area to play yard games. Love the house and Thomas was excellent to work with. I highly recommend this house!

Lake Placid Vacation
Our extended family of 14 had a great vacation week in Lake Placid. This property is located on a hill above the village - just a short walk to the shops and a 10 minute walk to the public beach on Mirror Lake. Very convenient, but also quiet. Attended two early evening concerts during the week at the music pavilion on Main St just a five minute walk from the house. The park/playground behind the property was a definite plus with the grandkids. The kitchen/dining area and laundry are especially well equipped to serve large groups. And there is lots of room to spread out so it doesn't feel crowded - even with busy kids. Overall, it provided for a wonderful week in Lake Placid.
