Cruise to view EPIC SUNSET VIEWS or simply paddle around the lake to look at all the wildlife or go bass fishing. Access to a Paddle Board ALSO!
Make sure you make it out to the sandbar and bring your umbrella ;) This can be an exciting experience. Contact us to lead you there! Rooms are private and provide a cozy place to wind down with blackout curtains, ideal for sleeping in! Dressers are in the closets of the 2 main bedrooms, the bunk room has a small closet with shelf. One bathroom with a tub is located by the 2 main rooms towards the front of the house. Another bathroom is located in the back of the house with an entrance from the dining room and also an entrance from the bunk room for extra privacy. The fence is has large enough gates that will open wide enough to drive ATV's/Side by Side's.
****ASK ABOUT A PONTOON BOAT RENTAL!!!**** Boat ramp is located just a couple houses down on our street to put your boat or jet skis for your lake enjoyment. Plenty of parking available for your boat and jet-ski trailers.
EV CHARGING! EVEN room for an RV if needed. There is a long driveway to accommodate 2-3 vehicles with option to also park in grass areas in front of and to the sides of the house. Beautiful, very quiet neighborhood.
Great bass fishing in the lake, with average catches 3.5-5lbs. Largest caught has been recorded through friends and family was 7-8lbs. Sunsets are normally setting in the front yard. You can enjoy the setting from the front porch or walk down to boat ramp for some incredible views. Driving by car would be best way to get around. Downtown Lake Placid is a 5 min car ride. With many different small shops and unique murals on there buildings to admire.
There will be no parties allowed on property. Please be mindful of the neighbors who do reside in the area full time and be respectful. The water to the house does contain Sulfur. It is safe to wash clothes and bathe in but we do not recommend using it for drinking. There is also a risk of anything light colored gaining a yellow pigment to it if washed, so please be aware.
