The staff were incredibly nice. The hotel was easily walking distance from Heavenly Village. There were two sides of the hotel on different sides of the street. Our room had a shared balcony which was a little odd and our view was of the parking lot. However, for the price, it was good quality.

Good one night stop, but the set up of the motel is odd because there are 3 separate buildings. We were in the back on a different street. Room was fine. Breakfast room is small and narrow.

The parking was very limited and tight. Had to drive around and wait for an open spot. The air conditioner/fan next to the bed was very, very loud, so much so I had to wear earplugs. Also to use the blackout drapes, it would cover the AC unit so had to leave that open and outside lights filtered in. No curtain on bathroom window in tub/shower.

Our room was musty, carpet was dirty and had alot of stains on it. The bathroom sink drained really slow. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work. The latch on the bathroom door was broken. The AC unit barely got cold. No daily maid service. Was in a loud area, lots of parties and loud music into the later evening. The whole property looked to be not taken care of at all. The staff was helpful and very nice as a positive.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. They provided recommendations to eat and visit. Parking is limited, which was a bit inconvenient. If you return by 7pm, you’ll find parking.
