Hiihtäjät ja Sunset Lovers Delight

Meidän kiinteistö sijaitsee ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta on esteetön panoraamanäkymä Tahoe-järvelle. Auringonlaskut hengittää pois. Hiihtäjille kävele 100 metrin etäisyydellä hiihtokuljetuksesta ja olet matkalla Stagecoachiin tai Boulderiin. Voit itse kävellä Boulder-hissille.
Hiljattain kunnostettu upouusi vinyyli puulattiat kaikkialla. Päivitetty päällimmäinen parvi-kylpyhuone, jossa on suuri suihkukaappi Carrara-laattojen parissa, päivitetty pesuallas, 2. turhamaisuusalue kylpyhuoneen ulkopuolella. Loft-alueella on Californian King-vuode, ja sitä on päivitetty siten, että siihen on liukuva taskuovi, jossa on avoin katkaisu katselua varten päivän aikana. Yöllä on sähköinen liikkuva sävy täydellistä yksityisyyttä nukkumaan.
Alakerrassa keittiö on päivitetty uudella liesi / uuni ja jääkaappi, ruokakomero ja täysin varusteltu keittiö ruoanlaittoon.
Oleskelualueella on kaunis puupöytä, jossa on penkit kummallakin puolella. Nauti järvinäköalasta ruokailun aikana. Upouusi sohva ja 56 tuuman leveä tv olohuoneessa. Palo paikka pitää sinut lämpimänä ja viihtyisänä talvella.
Ulkopuolella kannella BBQ ja istuimet nauttia kauniista aamu auringonlaskua tai auringonlaskuja.
Alakerrassa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, jossa on tv ja pieni nurkka-alue. Alakerrassa kylpyhuone on uusittu uusilla turhamaisuus- ja lasisuihkuovilla.
Yksikkö on erittäin hiljainen ja erittäin mukava. Pesutupa vain muutaman askeleen päässä etuovesta. Kylpylä ja poreallas koko pysäköintialueella.
Hotellissa on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja julkista liikennettä, jotta pääset alas mäkeä kaikkiin kasinoihin, ostosalueisiin, järvialueisiin ja muihin.
On pieni markkinat ja urheilubaari vain alas mäkeä meidän yksikkö. Nauti kesästä monilla erinomaisilla ulkoilukonsertteilla, polkupyörävuokralla, meloa lennolla, melontaa ja patikointia. Monia alueita, joita meidän lähellä on vaellus.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Boulder. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas, pyykinpesutilat ja pelihalli/-huone. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Quaint condo with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe

We had an wonderful stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated it was. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The living room was cozy, and the balcony had breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.The location was perfect—close to the Stagecoach Lift, shuttle right in front of the condo, easy access, quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and eager to make our stay perfect. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free.We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Quiet and comfortable, best view!

The unit was great, with a wonderful balcony and super view of Lake Tahoe. A perfect place to see those sunsets! The unit was part of a condo building that was in need of repairs but this didn't effect our stay at all. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and nice leather couch. Only downside was the three flights of stairs carrying luggage up, but hey, without that we wouldn't have that view! We loved how quiet it was, away from the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe but close enough to get to whatever we wanted. We'd go back!

Great view & facilities

Place was exactly as described and views are spectacular. It was a great stop for just the two of us and had everything we needed. Having washer and dryer available just outside our unit was a great plus and couldn’t believe only $1.50 for wash and $1.00 for 60 minutes of dry time time. The description was clear, including that it was in the third floor, so certainly have no complaints with Owner or VRBO, but didn’t factor in the altitude being at 7,600’ and was a challenge bringing in luggage. For 2 people in their 70’s who are not that physically active it was a little tough. We got used to the altitude and overall really loved our stay!

We booked a last minute trip to Tahoe and stayed at here. Most of our interaction was with Brittany. A small snag during check-in but Brittany took care of everything. Great place with great sunsets.

Ski Trip

Due to our travel schedule we were going to arrive several hours before actual check-in. I contacted the host to see if we might check-in early and they were very accommodating. Upon entering the unit it was very clean, the kitchen was very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. During our stay, Heavenly was actually closed a day due to a Blizzard. Once again we contacted the host, this time to see if we could extend our stay an additional day so that we could finish our Epic Pass. The unit was available and the host was very helpful with the VRBO process. This was a winter trip, I would definitely like to come back and stay in the Summer.

as stated, cannot beat the view and location. shuttle (right across street) away from the stagecoach or boulder lifts. or just drive down the street to stagecoach lift for free parking. condo is in-between two lifts; stagecoach & boulder. both beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked. the unbeatable view does require a bit of a hike three floors up, but that’s a small downside in comparison. would definitely stay again

Perfectly Splendid!

Gorgeous views! Warm, cozy, everything thing so organized and convenient for guests. Comfy beds, hot showers, fully stocked kitchen. Amazing fireplace that is electric but looks so very real. A really nice getaway. We had a lovely time and would recommend. Five Stars!

So happy I found this place!

My husband and I scheduled a last-minute spring ski trip to Heavenly and were so lucky to have found this place. The location is so convenient for skiing Heavenly, and the view from the living room is out-of-this-world gorgeous. Overall the place is pretty small and the kitchen is really tiny, but it had everything we needed to enjoyingly cook full breakfasts and dinners every day. In fact the kitchen is much better equipped and stocked than most places we've stayed. We've rented many places over the years that were a lot more expensive, much less comfortable, and didn't have nearly as good a view or convenient location. We had several questions during our stay, and every time we reached out Chris was so quick to respond and she always helped us with whatever we needed. And the place came with the best humidifier we've ever used - which is a lifesaver if you're not accustomed to the dry air (thank you for that small-but-big detail, Chris!).

Quiet and comfortable mountain condo!

Spent a SNOWY but relaxing 5-day Spring Break with my high school aged sons. The weather cut our skiing plans by a day but we made the best of it watching movies, reading, and drinking hot chocolate while taking in blizzard vistas and occasional breathtaking lake views between the rolling snowstorms. We did this trip solely on public transportation - I imagine it would’ve been essentially effortless in good weather conditions but it took extra planning and catching some breaks in the wild conditions we encountered this week. The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped and we stocked up on groceries for the week ahead of time, which proved invaluable when we were snowed in for about 36 hours. The Heavenly shuttle got us to-from the Stagecoach ski base but travel from/to Heavenly Village required using Uber - this worked out for us but we were fortunate and finding rides could be hit-or-miss, especially in bad weather. The property owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions. This was a very nice accommodation for a small traveling party. Thank you, Chris!

Lovely comfortable place

What an amazing stay! We were 'snowed in' for a day or so and were very comfortable in this well-equipped condo. There wasn't anything missing - from olive oil to zip lock bags! The beds were very comfortable and the location was right up in Heavenly, great spot!

Good value. Condo was clean and VERY well equipped in terms of kitchen items. Take advantage of the crock pot if you go. It's actually a "ski-out" condo if you're an experienced skier & can traverse well.

Cozy (in a good way) best for two or three people but four could stay for sure. Great view of the lake. The complex itself is kind of dated but we had no real issues. Well stocked kitchen.

Bucket List - Tahoe and American Century Tour

The view is spectacular, location is great! Unit has many extras such as coffee, seasoning, etc.. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, only down side is there is no elevator but even with a broken foot it was manageable.
