Dates stayed: July 2024
Reason for travel: Leisure
Traveled with: wife and son
I will attempt to keep this objective and list the facts rather than opinions.
Pros:
- interior was clean looking
- AC was good
- kitchen was fully furnished for most needs (Keurig, water kettle, brita pitcher, dinner and drinkware, pots and pans, utensils, etc)
- pricing was low
- keyless entry
Cons:
- outside of property was unkept and full of cobwebs and hordes of gnats/mosquitoes/tiny flies/bugs on walls
- onsite "office" building was unmanned and abandoned looking
- sketchy neighborhood
- smelled like cigarettes in the house
- couldn't even use the sofa sleeper because the fitted sheet intended for sofa sleeper was not the correct size and had stains (twin size fitted sheet for a full/queen sofa bed) and the extra blankets provided in the closet were not washed well/dirty. So my wife and I had to share the queen sized bed with our 7 year old son who sleeps like a starfish for two nights -_-
- shower was very claustrophobic even for my 115 lb wife due to the placement of the showerhead
- the floodlight outside the door attracted swarms of bugs at night and made it difficult to enter the room without avoiding hordes of them to enter with us. (The first night we had to deal with some in the studio with us even after trying to swat/kill them; the second night we purchased some Raid bug spray to combat them prior to entering, which helped)
Overall rating: 2/5 stars
