With so many places to explore in this world, you may never have time to return--so make the most of your visit!! Stay in a central "base camp" that allows you to take day trips (or even multi-day trips) to each of these destinations. This area is so centrally located to so many attractions. You can head in one direction to Dogwood Canyon (approx 15 min.), another to Branson (approx 40 min), another to local marinas (approx 10 min.) another to Silver Dollar City (approx 30 min.), another to Eureka Springs (approx 45 min), another to Top of the Rock (approx 35 min), another to Galena (approx 30 min) and many more...

We love this community and really appreciate our great neighbors. So, we do not allow parties in our short-term rentals. But, we do own 2 other homes in this community and we do allow family reunions, or similar events. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire.
Two cute and cozy bedrooms, one on the main floor (queen bed), which includes a reclaimed barn wood wall accented by a moon nightlight that dims. Or climb the spiral staircase to the 2nd bedroom located in the loft, where there are 2 X-long, twin size beds. We utilize duvet covers on all beds. We believe this is the most hygienic option for bedding.
We do keep the kitchen stocked with the basics for cooking. Salt, pepper, oil, pans, utensils.
We do keep the recently renovated, beautiful, hollywood designed bathroom stocked with the basics. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. Hollywood design means the vanity area and the shower/stool area are separated. This allows one guest to by drying their hair while another is taking a shower. We have also added a bluetooth exhaust fan to the shower/stool area. The light/exhaust fan must be on for the bluetooth to connect to your device.
We realize that your family may include your pet(s). They are always welcome in our little A-frame. Please include your pet during booking and the additional fee will be applied. The community does request all outside pets be on a leash, but some of the full time residence do not adhere to this request. The local welcome dog, an older yellow lab, Murphy, may visit you, He is very smart. If you don't want him around, just let him know.
FREE parking at the property. Parking in this community is precious. There is a drive directly east of the cabin, by the power pole. Or, if the weather permits, and the ground is not soaked, feel free to park on the grass
House Rules:
1-Only the guests originally booked may stay overnight. An accurate number of guests must be disclosed. If unaccounted guests arrive, you will be asked to leave. No refund will be provided. An accurate count is also necessary for your safety. If there was any kind of emergency. We may be asked who is in the house.
2-Do not burn candles in the house.
3-No eating in any bedrooms.
4-No sitting or leaning on any railings!
5-Observe voluntary quiet hours on 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. (This does not mean you can't be enjoying great outdoor evenings, just respect the neighbors who may be trying to sleep.)
6-Please do not attempt to walk on the Boat Docks at the community shoreline. All Boat Docks are private property.
7-Community sewer system. Please do not flush anything, but toilet paper.
8-No smoking, or vaping, in the house. (If you smoke outside, please discard the buds appropriately.)
9-No pets are allowed on any furniture or bedding. (Due to other guests possible allergies, and the fact that even diligent cleaning can sometimes not remove all of the shed hair.) And as expected, pup poops, please scoop.
10-Service animals are, of course, welcome. But, please remember, service animals must be with the guest, and within the guests control, AT ALL TIMES. Absolutely not required, but it would be helpful, for cleaning purposes, if you notified us of a support animal on the premises. This may also avoid any misunderstandings.
11-This property has one or more EXTERIOR cameras, that record and transmit video images and audio. I consider this a safe community, but this does also add to your security. Guest will be asked to leave immediately if the security camera is tampered with. No refund will be given.
12-No guns allowed on property.
13-Cleaning is scheduled promptly at checkout. If guest does not checkout before checkout time, there will be an additional $50 fee.
14-All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to disclose a pet before arrival will result in a $100 fee.
