We has a ground floor pool-side apartment - what's not to like. Our apartment needed a bit of TLC but it was clean and comfortable - beds especially very good. Pool always clean. Naxos restaurant was better than all those close-by and most of those in the centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A lovely family, very hospitable.

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I found inconvenient was the extra charge for the air condition.

At the beginning of the pubs street
Nick (the owner) and the staff are very friendly. The apartments are good and spacy, he has a pool and restaurant. Located in the pubs street but you don't hear the music. If u want to sleep in the morning don't book a room on the pool. I think it is one of the cheapest.

The best hotel for groups
If ur a group. It's definitely the best destination.note that u pay 7 euros for AC/night and the towels are not changed daily. The staff i really friendly and helpful i loved them

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The owner himself is very good. Best location, it is located in the street of the nightlife, 5 mins aways to the shops and around 20mins by walking to the nissi beach. The Ac was weak and the bathroom was a little bad

Perfect place for a lads holiday. Basically on the edge of the strip, but at the same time far enough away for you to not hear the music or feel crowded. Lovely staff but the free wifi is awful, would recommended staying there for a cheap fun holiday.

Marios,Maria, Georgina and George are Brilliant hosts. Very welcoming. The pool is pristine. The food is wonderful. We would recommend these apartments. Thank you guys for a great holiday.

Nice staff, nice location, great food.
Nick and his staff are very nice people. Location close too main beaches and shops. Well stocked bar and nice pool area. Rooms are clean and comfy. The food is very good from the bar and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend too others and don't forget your suncream. Lol. Flights from uk are so many choice. First time for me in Cyprus so was very pleased to say the least. Keep up the good work all of you at Nicks hotel apartments.

Was worried before we arrived because of its location near to clubs and it being a lads hotel. But we found nothing to complain about. Staff or more accurately the family were brilliant. Serve the best food in the area we are hopefully booking for 3 weeks next year

Good value for money, very cosy and comfy
Cosy and spacious apartments, very pleasant staff. Is a bit away from the beach (15m walk from city beach, 25m walk from famous Nissi beach), but is just 5minutes away from the centre of nightlife, and is yet very silent. I surely recommend this accomodation, and will myself come back if I travel to Aiya Napa again.

La struttura é nella media delle strutture simili del posto, quelle quindi adatte a tutte le tasche. La posizione é strategica, sei in pieno centro ma nonostante questo si riesce a dormire non si é coinvolti dal casino. Il plus é costituito da Mario e la sua famiglia, persone squisite che non vi faranno mancare nulla. Si mangia anche bene devo dire. Grazie Mario !

Établissement un peu vieillot mais très propre et très fonctionnel. Appartement spacieux. Restaurant sur place très correct. Piscine tranquille et agréable... Le must : la qualité de l’accueil : le patron de l’établissement est toujours présent, il fait son maximum pour satisfaire les clients, il apprécie les français et les enfants (!) et il est vraiment très sympathique !!!

Хороший отель, быстрое заселение, хороший и чистый бассейн, балкон. В отеле тихо, несмотря на то, что он в центре ночной жизни. Минус пожалуй то, что wifi отсутствует в комнатах.

Marius ist der beste!! Es war wirklich sehr unkompliziert und man hatte immer ein gutes gefühl mit allen Bediensteten. Nick Marius ist ein absolut toller Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Essen ist toll.
