Apartment located on the fourth floor of a four-floor building very well located, with elevator, a few meters from the beach of Las Canteras, in perfect condition and very quiet. Near the auditorium and the palace of music. Very convenient to travel anywhere on the island, with easy access to leisure areas, restaurants, cafes, pubs, terraces, schools and establishments selling surfing goods and other services. With maximum capacity for 4 people, it has 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.90 x 1.50). Dressing room with ample closet ideal for long stays.
2 full bathrooms, large living room with sofa bed, TV and dining table, kitchen equipped with the following appliances (oven, vitro, microwave, refrigerator) and utensils (blender, electric water heater, electric juicer, toaster, iron and board. ..), laundry room with washing machine and indoor and outdoor drying rack. Very well furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and very satisfactory stay: full linen including beach towels, hair dryer, free internet access (wifi), TV. You will also find bath gel and shampoo, dishwasher. We have a cot and high chair in case of stays with children. Possibility of transfer on the day of arrival from the airport to the apartment. It is located twenty minutes from the airport from which there is a good transport service. Optional parking.
