Three of us stayed for 4 nights at this property last week. It’s great to have a gathering room to chat and have drinks/ coffee. You don’t get that in a hotel. The kitchen is well appointed but you do have to hunt abit for things. All pots etc aren’t together. Beds were comfy. You will need to have a car to get around. It’s not close to anything. It’s a residential area, not suitable if you’d like to party. The most noise we heard was a neighbours dog that barked a lot! There is a pool table for some fun. A BBQ. The pool wasn’t usable this time of year. There is a hot tub. Unfortunately to use it you need to contact the host who will turn it on remotely, but it takes 90 mins to come to temp…so really you can’t get up and have a quick tub. It has to be pre planned. The owner was very responsive however. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

The stay was amazing. Clint and I had an open line of communication the entire time and there wasn't a single big issue.Will definitely be checking Clint and his property out again next time I'm in town.

Beautiful home!
Beautiful home. Clean and well supplied. Photos are exactly as shown on the site. Chuck was extremely responsive to all issues. The spa and pool are gorgeous but only able to use the spa 2 to 3 hours a day and you need to text the owner to turn it on. Takes about 90 minutes to get to comfortable temperature in the winter. The neighbors dogs all around the property bark excessively and was the worst part of being outdoors. Hard to enjoy yourself when the dogs are barking and waking you up early. We were without heat for a couple of mornings but Chuck was extremely responsive to resolve the issues. Needed to change our plans a couple of days to be able to let the repair men in and to charge the furnace.

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. A bit of a drive from the Strip, but not too far. Home was clean and well equipped. Bring your own coffee. The pool table was a fun bonus. Clint was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Would stay here again.

Amazing time!
This house was the perfect fit for our family. We needed somewhere to stay while our house was being repaired due to flooding. The owner was very helpful and nice and communication was great. The only downfall about this home which really isn’t the property owners fault there are just a lot of dogs in the neighborhood next-door and behind this property and they bark all day long and sometimes aggressive barking. It was a little scary for the kids in the hot tub but other than that we had a great time. The house is warm cozy and we absolutely will be returning if we want to staycation, or we will be spreading the word to our family and friends that come to visit! Thanks for being a great host and we enjoyed our time at your home!

Highly Recommend!
This is a very nice vrbo rental. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and felt very safe. Access to the 215 and I-15 freeways is approx 2 miles away. There is a neighborwood Walmart grocery less than a mile away, and a large Smith's grocery and CVS a few blocks past that. Big Walmart within a few miles. Other reviews have mentioned the neighbor's (unseen) dogs. Eh. They bark for a minute then stop. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered patio without any issues. The house has an open, family friendly layout. The primary bedroom is on the opposite side from the other 2 bedroooms. Beds are very comfortable and the house is super clean. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Good place fo stay!

Excellent property. Owners super easy to communicate with and very friendly. Pictures are 100% true, beds were comfortable and we were close to everyrhing. Easy to uber places if needed as we were a larger group and at times we split apart.

Perfect for race fans
House is a great location for people who plan to attend any events at the Las Vegas Speedway. Just make sure you’re not planning to throw any parties. Host makes it very clear that this is a property for quieter people, which I am.. So it worked out great for me and my friend. Everything you needed and a pool in the backyard for the people that like that kind of thing. I would definitely stay here again

Nice, clean, and quiet
We wanted to place to get us away after experiencing the craziness of Las Vegas. This home was clean and roomy, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed using the pool, spa, and the barbecue. Owner was very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we find ourselves back in Vegas.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway!
The house was great the location was perfect and the area seems very nice. The house was very clean! The pool was also the perfect way to escape the heat!! We stayed for my neices 21st birthday! Clint was very responsive! The dogs next door were barking every time we shut the sliding door so that was a bit irritating but didnt ruin our good time! The main suggestion i would have is that it would have been much more convenient to have the controls to the hot tub either in the house or on a tablet or something. Having to text every time we wanted the hot tub turned on was a bit inconvenient but as stateed before Clint was very responsive! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Agréable
La maison est proche de Vegas, on y est en 20/25 minutes de voiture. Le quartier n’est pas génial mais peu importe. La maison est agréable : le billard permet de passer de bons moments. Les pièces sont grandes, propres,la literie est confortable. Il manque un peu de vaisselle et le gros point noir pour nous a été la température de la piscine ! En plein été, elle était à peine à 23 degrés donc clairement impossible d’en profiter, quelle déception ! Sinon l’hôte est sympathique et réactif.

Enjoyable Stay with Friendly Host
We enjoyed our stay. The location is further away from the Strip, so if you're planning on doing that, you'll have a bit of a drive to get there. This house is nice, but the kitchen could use a deep cleaning. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice. I let Clint know about a few things, and he was very responsive and kind. Overall a pretty nice property.

Three friends and I came here for a quick relaxing trip. Clint was a rockstar from booking to end. My trip went from 2 to 4 and Clint was super accommodating the second I reached out. The check in process was absolutely seamless even though due to delays we didn't arrive until after 11pm. The home was clean and as pictured. The patio was lovely to sit at and the pool was stunning. Clint was quick to heat the spa for us when requested during the day and evening, barely 30 minutes for a perfect spa. During the day there are quite a few wasps, but the pool and spa are worth it. There are no wasps in the evening. While further from the Strip the neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Doordash/Uber/Lyft/taxis came within 5-10 minutes and were never lost. Easy breezy check out. We will definitely return!

Traumhaft schön und tolle Lage um Las Vegas zu erkunden
Wir hatten Clint`s Haus für eine Woche gebucht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, ca. 30 Minuten ,mit dem Auto von allen Spots in Las Vegas entfernt. Sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände sind funktionell, das i-Tüpfelchen ist natürlich der Pool, bei dem auch in Absprache mit Clint das Spa zeitlich aktiviert werden kann. Erfreulich war ein funktionierender Grill, ohne lästigen Austausch der Gasflaschen. Selbst bei einem kurzzeitigen Defekt der Klimaanlage organisierte Clint die Reparatur selbiger und das am Sonntag, als Entgegenkommen gab es auch noch einen kleinen Preisnachlass, also echt starker Service am Gast. Die Wohnungseinrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen, der Knaller ist natürlich der Billardtisch im Flur/Wohnzimmerbereich. Alle Räume sind großzügig, das Wohnzimmer mit Küche fast schon rießig. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft mit super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Clint, vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Familie Schirdewahn!

Summer get away
Repeat customer here, and i can not say enough good things about this home, it has everything you need, close by you have Smiths grocery, CVS, Walmart and so on, with strip 22min away. Quiet area, NOT a party house or neighborhood. Clint is a true Gentleman always ready to answer ANY questions. Awesome house, pool and spa is great, will rebook for next year if available of course
