The shower had a moldy towel on it as the shower head was leaking. Waited numerous hours for hangers and a fridge which was stated we would have upon check in. No waters on the daily were given as stated. The housekeeping guy opened my door at 10pm at night while we were asleep, unreal.

We weren’t offered a room upgrade until after I was asked by Expedia. Thought it was pretty cool we were offered one even if it was the day after we checked in. We got to the room and found old food in the fridge and a Gatorade bottle next to our nightstand. The room was pretty dirty. Would have rather stayed in our original room. Then we check out and I left my cologne on the bathroom counter (my bad). Filed a claim and said it was never found. Brand new bottle for Christmas. Gone

Price was good for our weekend staycation however the elevators in the parking garage have not been working for over a year, which makes carrying luggage difficult having to use the stairs. Especially if the only parking is on the top floors.

Toughest check in ever!!!
We got checked in with the kiosk system then have. But we're assigned the wrong room. After venturing upstairs, across the sky bridge to our tower. Our keys didn't work. We called the front desk and went down to the front desk at the same time while waiting outside what we believed was our room, to find out we were on a completely different floor. And security wouldn't come help us. It took about an hour to check in. One of our rooms didn't even have a courtesy phone to call the front desk. The room itself was completely great. But our keys kept getting deactivated and we would either need to go back to the front desk or call security. It would have been cheaper and easier to just lyft/uber home. And the hotel staff has not even offered an apology for their mistakes. They made it seem like it was our fault.
