Welcome Home! We invite you to our modern desert oasis, which features an amazing pool/spa combo with a custom built luxury cabana. The backyard also features a grassy area with trees to provide extra shade. Feel free to hang out and relax on our hammocks. The covered patio has an outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill. Don't forget to check out our game room! This 4 BR home is perfect for larger groups and families especially. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you!

The Space:
The house sits on a large lot, with ample space for parking and even RV parking. When you first walk in, you'll enter the living room area, with high vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and comfy couches. The formal dining room sits next to the living rooms. There's 4 bedrooms on the property. 1 BR is located downstairs with its own full bathroom, which is convenient for our beloved senior citizens. The other 3 BR's are located upstairs. The Primary BR has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs. Smart TV's galore in the rooms to stream your favorite shows! Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, snacks, and all the basic cooking necessities, pots, pans, baking trays, etc. The game room is conveniently located right next to the kitchen. It features a pool table, with a ping-pong top conversion set, Pac-Man Arcade, and a wet-bar area. There's also a loft/office area upstairs, which has a desk, so that our guests have an option to get some work done. This loft also acts as a family rooms, where you can choose to play one of our many many board games.

Guest Access:
The guests has access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet Residential Neighborhood. Close to Summerlin and the main highways. 15 Mins to the Strip, Downtown/Fremont Area, and Convention Center. 20 mins to the Airport.

Getting Around:
Ample parking in the driveways, garage, or street. Uber/Lyft is a great way to get around, about $20 uber ride to get to the Strip or Fremont with normal rates.

Other Things to Note:
The pool/spa can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $600 / week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time. The Pool and spa are connected and can not be heated separately.

***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.

No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.

This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund .
