You have to DEMAND a room that you paid for
When I checked-in, they didn't have my reservation and they tried to toss me aside to help other guests. I demanded that they give me a room that I already paid for. The only reason they gave me a room was because I demanded it.

Had to come to Vegas on short notice and picked this Hotel because of price. Was very good for me but don't expect luxury. Everything in Vegas was max 15 mins away from the hotel and they were very nice.

At arrival, the desk person was not fully engaged. She was to busy chatting with her coworker. Whole hotel was dimly lit so you couldnt see how filty the walls and carpet were. Room was clean, beds comfy and shower hot. Check out lady was awesome! Friendly and respectful.
