Perfect Location!
We are locals and wanted a convenient location with a great view BUT no crowds! THIS is the spot! We walked to all of the amazing restaurants and bars on Las Vegas Blvd. But the highlight was ringing in 2025 from the balcony with the perfect view!

The balcony view of the strip from the 33rd floor was amazing; mountains during the day and the lights at night. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the owner was attentive throughout our stay, checking in via text to see if all was well and if we needed anything. Overall, a very good experience.

Wonderful!!
The check in process was easy and quick! The staff were amazing and friendly! We utilized the valet service and they were quick. The walk score is phenomenal and the view was to die for! I could not have asked for a better first trip to Viva Las Vegas!!! My partner and I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this room!

Weekend in Vegas: Concert & Wedding
The entire process was very easy. Our Hosts, Joe and Debora, were very thorough in communication. We were in Vegas for a concert at Sphere and to get married at A Little White Wedding Chapel. The Signature Condo was just as the pictures indicated, we loved sitting out on the balcony! The use of all MGM amenities was a big perk and we enjoyed the pool area! The Monorail was such a convenient way to get around and experience the Strip. We will be back annually for our anniversary celebrations and look to book this Condo again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was designed with comfort and luxury in mind. The amenities were top-notch—exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. We particularly enjoyed the nearby pool options, balcony and valet parking. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. If you're looking for a place with all the comforts of home and then some, look no further. Terrific experience
The suite was great and Joe was wonderful. This was my first time using VRBO and thanks to Joe, my fears were eased and my trip was a breeze. The suite was exactly as described and super clean. I appreciated the coffee maker and blender. Joe covered all the bases and trip was terrific. Can’t wait to plan another Vegas trip!

The place was just as advertised. The layout of the room gives you more space than a hotel room for your down times. The space was well equipped for what we needed during our stay. It is easy to get from the tower to the MGM with tunnels. Being on the 33rd floor also helps with the view of the strip and area. Joe was very proactive with room information and making sure our stay was on track.

Staying at this condo was an even better deal than staying at one of the big strip hotels! Location was great- it’s attached to the MGM Grand, the unit is incredibly spacious and has a small kitchen, the bed was nicely firm and there is a sofa bed as well, valet parking with in and out privileges was just outstanding. You just cannot get this kind of deal on the strip. The owners were so easy to communicate with and they provided excellent instructions from start to finish! You just can’t go wrong with this stay- definitely a must if you want to visit Vegas!

Great condo! Looks just like the pictures. Clean & love the location. Great view of the strip from the balcony. Joe is a great host and responds quickly! Would stay here again when we come back.
