You will love this home! Only 15 Minutes from the strip and very close to Downtown Summerlin including shopping, restaurants, art shows and ice skating (seasonal) A short distance to fabulous golf courses including TPC Las Vegas, Angel Park, and others. Home is located less than a mile from the Suncoast Casino which includes a bowling alley and movie theaters. Red Rock National park is just a short drive west for climbing, day hikes, or a family picnic. The home has a large backyard which includes a pool/spa, half court basketball court and grass areas for yard games along with a putting green. Four large bedrooms, and extra sleeping space in the loft. Recently added patio cover and "protect a child" pool fence if requested

Peaceful retreat
We really enjoyed the house. It's very spacious and offers so many amenities. The four bedrooms upstairs are all good sized. There is a second living room upstairs as well which is nice if you have a group with different ages (kids can be upstairs watching a movie while the adults are downstairs, etc). The backyard is amazing, it's like a private retreat with the pool and hot tub, great lounging areas, a small basketball court and even a putting green. I rented the house for me and a coworker as an alternative to a nearby resort where we were attending a conference. It was so nice to come back to each day to relax on the patio or by the pool. Nickee did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the process. She is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this home enough

Perfect place to relax between games
We came in for the soccer mayors cup. Boys loved the basketball court, bags and hot tub! We cooked and grilled all three days. The host was great.

Highly Recommended!
Definitely think of Nickee the next time anyone has a big group come in to Vegas. They were considerate, accommodating, and the overall price was unbeatable compared to hotel prices. The location is also wonderful and is not only next to local casinos, but also Tivoli Village.

Our family had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the outdoor space especially the pool and spa. The house is spacious and was ideal for family time. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen/dining area. Great place to bring us all together.

Amazing stay
Not only was the home beautiful but it catered to all ages. We had adults, teens, and smaller kiddos and each of them were able to enjoy the basketball court, pool and other games. It was not far from the strip at all. The host was awesome and very attentive. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We look forward to booking again with you all!

Great Vegas Vacation Home!
This was a perfect home for a great Vegas vacation. The house is beautiful. The outdoor space was amazing. When our kids weren't enjoying the beautiful pool, they were enjoying the putting green and basketball court! This home has plenty of living space and everything you need.

Glorious stay!

Came to Vegas for a hockey tournament at City National arena. This place was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard was amazing! It felt like you were at a private resort amongst the other houses. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is really comfortable and the backyard is amazing. We had a lot of rain during our stay but the covered patio gave us plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the quiet space. Great pool and jacuzzi - well stocked kitchen and the owners are 5-Star. Best Family Vacation Rental!
This was the absolute perfect house rental for our group of 8 - 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids! There was plenty of room for everyone and we did not lack anything during our stay. The house was an entertainment win for everyone - from the pool & hot tub, backyard games, basketball court, and putting green - we didn't lack options to keep busy and the kids didn't ever want to leave the house. Cameron and Nickee were gracious hosts - Cameron came by to do last minute maintenance on the pool bc we checked in early, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nickee was incredibly responsive to all our messages and questions. We would stay here again and again! Better than any hotel on the strip by far!

perfect property for family with adult kids!
This was a great property for my family consististing of adult children and grandparents. The pool with the outdoor patio and the pingpong table were a big hit! The large kitchen was perfect for all of our meals! Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful back yard! Very large kitchen however some more storage containers for left overs would have been nice. Communication with owners was fantastic and neighborhood was so quiet and a close drive to the strip. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Vegas with a pool
We had a great stay in Vegas. The pool and all the pool toys were wonderful on the hot days. My kids loved all the backyard activities. The owners were VERY responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I would recommend!
