We got upgraded to room with a view of high roller and sphere , awesome to feel part of the strip The elevator to parking building made some weird noises, perhaps maintenance was needed. The staff were good in directing us to right lot of elevator district, as this was a way from reception

Nice but the self park was confusing. There were multiple Lee store issues. Overall our room was clean, housekeeping were nice, and the concierge helped my checkout since the line was backed up.

Upon checking in they ask us for upgrade for bigger room. We paid extra. We arrived late around 7pm and we went straight to the room. After opening the door, we found out a super dirty room with clattered all over, alcohol beverages all over. We called the front desk and told them about the situation. They said we have to come down again because they couldnt help and identify us over the phone which we found ridiculous. the next family closer to our room had similar situation. We went back again to the desk they are rude not even apologizing and said will change the room. I asked them to double check but kinda refused to do that. What an inconvenience for us travelling from LA and this is what we got. Very poor customer service not helpful even the african manager does nit want lift her butt to help. Very frustrated and our first there going to be the last time. Never again will stay.

I would never ever stay here again. Long hallways with dim lighting, no easy in and out from the hotel or garage when checking in and out. The only good thing was the fact easy access to the strip. L

My experience overall was good. The only thing I didnt like from the hotel room was the bathroom's door. It kept opening by itself even when I closed it. Its a sliding door and there was nothing that could be use to lock it or keep it closed. Other than that eveything was good.
