The room was nice. Didn’t like that I had to go through like the back stairs to get to the pool. Didn’t like where I had to wait for my uber. Elevator did not work to go down to where the Ubers were. Didn’t like I couldn’t take my nephew to the pool even if he was 20 and with me. I he wasn’t going to drink.

The WiFi is TERRIBLE. Phone service isn’t too good inside the rooms. Also I hate that Vegas charges the entertainment fees at the property instead of up front. Because when you get to the property and pay it, the line charges you that and a $150 deposit that they don’t even tell you about beforehand. So your total comes up to check-in and it’s $300-$400 and you had no idea they were even going to charge you that. I’m back home now and they still haven’t refunded my deposit

The staff was excellent I didn’t like the view and they changed my room. Rooms were nice and clean. I didn’t like that a refrigerator and microwave oven was not in all rooms. The view was good. I will book at LINQ again.

Disappointed no microwave or refrigerator, staff at desk told me they would refund my parking and didn’t, used valet at flamingo both days. Cleaning staff threw away my food I left on my bed we reported last night with staff and was told we would get a call by 9am and haven’t heard anything. We will not be staying here again

Our room smelled bad, the shower drain was clog and was missing a fridge. It was awful staying there. The only reason we stayed there was because it was close to Venetian where my collegues and I attended Vision Expo. I gave this hotel another chance thinking there service and property would have improved but it was worse. Will not stay here anymore!
