An experience

Our telephone calls were not answered when we arrived at the property. It was necessary to walk to the owners address to obtain access to the apartment. A lady took us to the apartment and gave us helpful information. We never did meet the owner Robert T. Being on the top floor we were plagued with seagulls on the roof at 03.00 every morning so a good nights sleep was impossible. The toilet was in a room no bigger than a cupboard with a large immersion heater directly over the toilet seat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, man blickt Ć¼ber den ganzen Stadt. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nahe, wunderschƶne Strand, Zentrum und Casino. Anreise und Abreise haben super geklappt und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberin.

Les atouts de cet appart sont l'emplacement et la climatisation. L appartement est exigu et la mezzanine est faite uniquement pour les enfants comme prĆ©cisĆ© dans l annonce. Ne convient pas Ć  des ados. La terrasse est un.plus mais avec les grosses chaleurs vous ne pouvez pas trop en profiter. Une modernisation serait souhaitable. Appartement agrĆ©able, spacieux, fonctionnel, grande terrasse trĆØs apprĆ©ciable. TrĆØs pratique la prĆ©sence du lave-vaisselle et du lave-linge. Bonne literie, on y dort bien. Climatisation vraiment apprĆ©ciĆ©e, un vrai plus dans cet appartement trĆØs chaud en Ć©tĆ©. PropriĆ©taire trĆØs accueillante et chaleureuse. Appartement bien situĆ©, 5 minutes Ć  pied (tout au plus) de la mer. Juste quelques suggestions : prĆ©voir un petit rafraĆ®chissement de l'appartement pour le mettre davantage en valeur, changer le fer Ć  repasser qui est trop ancien. Sinon super sĆ©jour ! A noter que les goĆ©lands sont trĆØs prĆ©sents au dessus de la rĆ©sidence et au Grau du Roi en gĆ©nĆ©ral. On les entend trĆØs tĆ“t le matin. Bon Ć  savoir pour les futurs vacanciers !

Le plus important a Ć©tĆ© l'accueil par la propriĆ©taire "chaleureuse et souriante" Appartement spacieux, claire, trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ© avec une superbe terrasse que malgrĆ© la saison nous avons pu en profiter. La plage et le centre ville a portĆ© de main Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour et nous recommandons ce logement.
