Extremely poor service from Vacasa Management Co.
From the start we had a poor experience and zero reply from Vacasa Management group. We arrived in the dark to a driveway that wasn’t cleared and had to carry luggage and groceries through 6-8” of snow. When I brought it to the attention of the management company they said it wasn’t their problem. Also when we arrived we noticed a window was missing and only covered with plywood allowing cold air to blow into the main bedroom. To make it even worse, once settled my partner took a hot shower and when she tried to turn off the water it would not turn off. When I contacted Vacasa they said they would reach out to the local management and summit a maintenance ticket. And that we needed to turn off the water. The entire time of our stay the water problem was not resolved and nobody from the local office ever contacted us. When I requested to speak with a manager I was finally contacted and assured that my complaint would be taken care of. That’s the last I heard from anyone from Vacasa.

Stressfully disappointed.
We had trouble getting into the property on arrival, (lock box code would'nt work and I spent at least an hour outside in a thunder and lightening storm, on hold, trying to reach someone to help), the house was not totally clean. I also spent an hour sweeping, wiping down the stove and tables and vacuuming. One of the couches smelled like urine, and after pulling up cushions, we discovered why. Plus there was all kinds of yuck under the cushions. We ended up putting a sheet over the couch to be able to sit on it. Also, we never found the remote for the TV, but finally was able to get it to work by adjusting it manually. I contacted Vacasa and spent more of my time sending them photos of everything. On a positive note, the house is nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and clean. We probably won't stay here again. They did offer us a small refund but not enough to compensate for everything.

Nice and spacious
Nice cabin in quiet location. Open and inviting living space great for gathering. The place was clean with the exception of the upstairs shower curtain needs replacing as it has mildew. A few other things could be addressed. Door keypad was tricky with an extra long code. Would eventually work after several attempts. The window shades in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not go all the way down, leaving the lower portion of the windows exposed. A dishwasher would be nice. Tried playing shuffleboard, but it didn’t seem to be level. It was a great place and we would definitely come back.

Nice place, as long as you don't need help
House is fine. We chose because this was a work trip and we needed multiple single beds. We were left short on supplies- an empty bottle of cleaner, sample size of dishwashing soap, only 2 garbage bags. We contacted the managing company by phone regarding garbage pick up vs bears. Management didn't seem to understand English and offered no help. Hot tub didn't work. Tried to contact Vacassa and the homeowner. Little to no response. More bearsdragging garbage, as nothing was picked up in 10 days. Still attempting to contact Vacasa via multiple texts and pictures. They have offered no apology, no solutions and no offers to compensate. Only after i started posting this on Facebook did i get a serious reply. Still no help though.

Its a great stay!
We loved the location that it was outside of the city but close enough that we could easily drive to Leavenworth for a couple hours or go for dinner. The only inconvenience was the digital key combination did not work and we were told we would be sent a new combination which did not happen. Our second call to customer service they have us the combination to the lock box, but the deadbolt on the door is slightly broken and free spins so it was tricky to get the deadbolt unlocked but obviously possible. Other than that the house was very clean and had everything we needed/wanted.

Wonderful winter wonderland
We are so grateful to have had a week at this property! Myself and our sons learned to ski, sledded down the hill at the Wenatchee snow areas just minutes away, and the hot tub was a welcome treat. We took my 80 year old mom and she just loved it. This is a wonderful cabin in the woods and we were lucky to have this experience. Thank you!

family weekend getaway
The house was a good size for our family, although the open layout may not suit families with teenagers since there's no separate game/tv area. Quiet wooded neighborhood. House needs TLC and some basic necessities were missing or needing upgrade. Deck needed sweeping from tree debris. Bad sewage smell coming from laundry room. Garbage disposal loud/broken, front door sticks making a piercing sound when open/closing, no coat hooks or hangers in the entire house, glassware/dishes inadequate amount and poor quality with several cracked/chipped. No backup trashcan liners, so could not empty trash. One bedroom had no heat, and one thin blanket per bed. Thermostat knob was also broken in one bedroom.

Great location, solid cabin
Stayed here for a wedding at Brown Family Homestead. Location could not have been better. Cabin was large, functional, and clean. Loved the larger kitchen/living area. Nice, big bathrooms. Some confusion about the hot tub because it was not on when we got there, but there was also a sign saying not to mess with the settings.

Great location. large house
I loved this house because it fit my whole family and it was close to lake, river and great hiking trails. The only complaint I have is that the beds were not comfortable. Beds had very thin, hard mattresses.

Peaceful and Spacious
Plenty of space, plenty of towels, comfortable beds! The property is shaded and peaceful. The deck and everything on it could really use a deep cleaning (chairs, table, and hot tub included). Also wish there had been a dishwasher. Overall, a great stay though!

great stay, with some minor kinks to be worked out
We loved the location, the lay out and the hot tub. There was a faint sewage smell about which the property manager responded quickly, but the smell did not fade while we there. There was no dishwasher, or oddly, dish towels. These were all small problems though and we would definitely come back.
