This home is the perfect place for your Zion Area Adventure. Relax and Recharge while enjoying some of the most amazing places in Utah. This home is nestled in a 7 acre orchard with Beautiful views and Privacy. Stargaze from your own private hot tub/swim spa, Enjoy time around the camp fire, play pickleball on your own private court, or watch TV on an 86 inch screen. Relax at home or just a short drive to adventure. A delicious Breakfast served every morning. During Harvest Season, we will include items picked fresh from our orchard.

2 large bedrooms each with a King Bed. Large living/dining room area and TV room with an 86 inch TV. Private Pickleball court with paddles and balls, Fire pit with wood provided, and large yard. During harvest season, breakfast will include FRESH fruit grown right on site. There is a great Mexican Restaurant and Pizza place just 2 blocks away. Corn Hole and lawn games. Great Family/Friend time at this backyard oasis!
TV room has a large curtain that can be pulled to create an extra private "sleeping area" if needed. 2 mattress pads available for extra guests. Maximum guest amount is . The groundskeeper and breakfast cook live upstairs. They are a great source for local hikes, places to visit, and are there to help with anything that you may need. This is a large 2 story home. Your area is the lower level, but it is not in ground. It is a daylight walkout lower level.
