Staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was good. The overnight stay was very comfortable. Staff helped to book out taxi trips and they provided us with the code, etc. these arrived very quickly.

Quite happy with conditions, reception and general ambience of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful!! Location of property more helpful for motorist. Area busy and noisy with traffic, bu not so noticeable once inside hotel.

Upon arrival the guy behind the desk tried to charge us 10 pound for an early check in, I said no & asked if we could leave our bags there as per the email we received, then he gave us the key to our room ?? The motel said it has a restaurant but failed to mention it doesn’t offer meals on a weekend which should be advertised, we wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew that, nowhere Close to even buy a coffee or a meal that doesn’t consist of bloody curry,
