2 mins from the center of Lège, you have access to all amenities (bakery, restaurant, post office, grocery store, etc.)
At the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula (2 km), easy access to Andernos, Lacanau or the Medoc, escaping the traffic jams, ideal for enjoying all aspects of the region.
You also have quick access to the pool (4 km -5mn) and to the ocean beaches (7 km- 12mn).
Outside, a heated swimming pool (30 °), facing south, with sun loungers, garden furniture and dining area under an "oyster" style arbor, where you can brighten up your dinners until late at night candles.
