Lake View Lodge on kaunis hirsitalo, josta on näkymät Beltzville-järvelle ja valtion pelikentille Etelä-Poconosissa.
Sijaitsee suurella yksityisalueella, jossa on 8 makuuhuonetta, 7 kylpyhuonetta ja vuodepaikkoja 25! Suuri suurille ryhmille, jossa on runsaasti tilaa olla yhdessä ja että sinulla on yksityisyyttä. Monet kesän ja talven aktiviteetit alueella. Upeat näkymät ja pääsy järvelle, kajakkeja käytetään; iso pysäköintialue ja koripallo; palo kuoppaan ja suuri kuisti kaasugrilli.
Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on parveke / kansi, takka, kaapeli-tv ja jotkut DVD-soittimilla. Kuusi makuuhuonetta on oma kylpyhuone, ja kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta jakaa kylpyhuone kylpyammeella.
Koko ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on pääsy pyörätuolille, jossa yksi makuuhuoneista ja kylpyhuoneista on varustettu erikoistuneilla pyörätuolilla.
Suuren huoneen / ruokailualueen keskipiste on 26 metriä kaksipuolinen kivi takka. Suuri huone on täysin kalustettu, ja siinä on mukavat istuimet, ja ruokasali on varustettu ruokapöydällä ja tuoleilla, jotka voivat istua 20 hengelle.
Syöttävä keittiö on täysin kalustettu, mukaan lukien keittiön pöytä ja tuolit, jääkaappi / pakastin jääpalakoneella, kaksinkertaiset uunit, liesi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin ja neljän siivu leivänpaahdin. Kaikki astiat, keittiövälineet ja astiat sisältyvät myös.

A Spacious Family Gathering Location
This is property is exactly as advertised; clean, quiet, & well equipped with room for everyone. We were a three generation family gathering who enjoyed games in the spacious yard, relaxing on the deck, the easy walk to the trails, family meals at the large dining tables as well as the privacy of ensuite bathrooms. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Wonderful retreat
Rented the place for extended weekend (family reunion and birthday party). Absolutely lovely: the house is gorgeous and has everything you need, the owner was very helpful in answering my question and checking in-very smooth. The place is surrounded by nature and very beautiful.

We all loved our stay for 2 nights and the nearby State Park with the beach was the cherry on top. Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade but overall house was well facilitated.

Mini Family Reunion
We had a great stay at this gorgeous property. It was spacious and tastefully designed to offer a cozy cabin feel. I really can't say enough positive things about this place, but I will list a few cons: - does not provided towels or linen (bed sheets and pillow cases). I understand this may be related to COVID/health concerns but the "cleaning fee" is enormous and should cover the costs of these items. - some sinks had slow drainage. I would like to thank the hosts for being super responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. I recommend this place and will possibly book for future events.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay there! The only downside was the microwave that broke shortly after arrival, which made it difficult to heat up stuff, including things for our children. The house was spacious and clean. We really had a great time and communication with the owner was very easy.

Family Get Together
For the most part everything was great but , with linens not provided due to Covid, I don’t understand the basis for charging us for “excess” guests? Also, we originally requested a Thursday to Thursday stay to better accommodate family members work schedules which was accepted but owner later came back and demanded Friday to Friday or reservation would be canceled.

Family Get together for graduation celebration
On first arrival we were amazed by the beauty of the property and the lodge. We were down by the lake every day for fishing, boating, swimming and water play. Plenty of room for my very large family. Plenty of activites around the area. Marina and her husband as owners were very friendly, helpful and responsive.

What a great country setting
Had a short bisinees trip to this property w my friends and co-workers. The check-in is simple, the place was huge and inviting. Stove, grill, AC worked as it should and were clean. We had to bring our own linens and towells but we preferred it anyway. I read some of the negative reviews prior to renting but did not have the same experience. One cant expect a hotel type setting and amenities when renting in the country. The grounds were also well kept and the access to the lake was easy. Thank you fpr kayaks! My friends and I will definitely be back.

Nice property but wouldn't cook food there
The house has comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Host was easy to reach and dining room included a great working chimney, as listed. Although, the property fell short when we found the dirty kitchen was not suitable for preparing food (both coffee makers had mold, etc..) the grill on the deck was filthy, we had to use aluminum foil on the caked-up, black grates as they have never been cleaned (something the high cleaning fee should cover).

No cleaning supplies. No trash bags(serénelos) The grill was disgusting my friend Stephen fell over from inhaling the yuck. Besides that the trash cans are a fallacy. You need more than the recommended amount seems like a set up. We got charged for cigarets we didn’t smoke. We got charged anyway but saw some reviews and this has happened before. On top of that our $400 cleaning supply for blown threw the window for mediocre work. We we’re charged for the cigs we didn’t smoke. Besides that the house war incredible and well kept just watch out for the details

Awesome home for large group!
The design of this house is incredible. Lots of living space and all the en suite bed baths are large enough that you can retreat if you need to. It has a delightful camp atmosphere. Neither the furniture nor the kitchen is so luxurious you can't be comfortable, but they are both adequate to the way you would enjoy a house like this. The cleaning team needs to pay attention to ceiling fans and vanity lights, but the bathrooms and kitchen were clean otherwise.

Labor Day Delight
Our group of 12 had a great time at this home over Labor Day weekend. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and got a kick out of the themes of the different bedrooms. There is a beer store 10 minutes away and a Giant 15 minutes away where we did all of our shopping. As far as activities go, the volleyball net and the basketball hoop were big hits- but with a yard that size, the options are endless. There is a path in the corner of the yard that leads you down to the lake where there is a small clearing to launch kayaks from, and while there were a lot of boats out on the lake, there was plenty of room for everyone. Like one of the reviews states the oven takes a little longer to heat and cook, but nothing a few extra minutes didn't solve. Marina was quick to respond to one very minor concern that we had, and was very easy to work with throughout the booking process and during the stay. All in all a great experience!

Our review of the property
The property was very large and accomodated our family. A few observations...the furniture was very distressed, the kitchen was small compared to the size of the house and the oven took longer than normal to warm the food. Since the trash was only collected once a week, the trash box should have been larger to accomodate more bags.

Beautiful stay
We had stayed at this house for a friends wedding, and bride actually to ready at this house, and had the rehearsal dinner here. Everything was perfect, so spacious and beautiful! Everyone had their own space and bathroom which made things so easy. Loved the views and the outdoor spaces as well. It's right down the road from a park and 10 minutes from Blue Mountain Resort! The owners were incredibly communicative and accommodating! Would highly recommend for large groups! Thanks for the amazing trip!

Spacious and well located property with all the amenities
We were a group of 18 people including 10 young grandchildren and there was plenty of space for everyone. On a weekend we swelled to 22 people and no problem absorbing them; there are plenty of roll-out cots with linens to accommodate 23 and rooms are large enough to accommodate them. House is surrounded by fields of wildflowers which we went and picked some bouquets but beware of ticks and bees if you venture in that wilderness. Entering the home, your spirits soar about 40 feet to the top of the great room, following the converging lines of the massive rising chimney which serves to divide living from dining spaces. As this was once a B&B, every room has its fireplace and bathroom integral to it. For Swimming you drive five minutes to the Beltzville State park (free) which has a nice beach, picnic tables, and a snack bar. The house has 3 kayaks which must’ve treked to the lakefront down a long trail. The kids loved this house. Plenty of room in and out for them to spread their wings and that they did. We went to a county fair, the world’s largest country general store, an old fashioned ice cream shop , a lakebed full of boulders , etc, but mostly this old writer was content to enjoy the property and do the regular grocery shopping at a GIANT about 10-15 min. Away.

The lodge was absolutely stunning.
The lodge was absolutely stunning. Perfect for my family and I getting ready the morning of my wedding. One thing to note that even though the location has individual bathrooms per room and a nice kitchen and eating space, it does not include any amenities like coffee for the coffee maker or toiletries for the bathrooms, or paper towels. I would still recommend this location- above all it was very comfortable and absolutely beautiful.

Nice house and grounds
Great house and grounds, which is comfortable for a large family such as ours. Reasonable for the accommodations too. Beach close by. Fishing 5 min, golfing 10 min, zip lining 15 min, dining to all tastes. I can keep going, but you got to see for yourself.
