This stay was a disaster for our family. Firstly we were way overcharged and paid $720 AUD for 4 nights stay. When we got there the place was dirty, the locks on the doors didn’t work and we couldn’t stay with our kids because the family Villa didn’t actually have a front door and the only way you could sleep at night safely is by locking the bedrooms so my husband and I had to sleep separately with one kid each or we all had to sleep in one room in one bed. We ended up having to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The place smelt like sewerage and there was a very loud noise every time someone used the plumbing system. The electrical sockets would make sparking noises when you turn on the lights. We were refused a refund and had to leave and find somewhere else to stay after 1 night there and basically $700 AUD out of pocket. Completely ripped off. Very upsetting for our family.

No hot water!
This hotel was rated 3 stars, however i would rate it 1. When we booked this hotel, we had no idea it didn’t have hot wate for shower and sink. We were told the standard rooms didn’t have hot water and there was nothing they could do about it. Even though the poster they advertised said they had hot water. The wifi was not very great as well.The environment was full of flies, so it was difficult to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.
Beautiful spot and lovely staff. Great swimming pool. I recommend omelette and orange or watermelon juice for brekkie. You can have instant coffe and tea refilled to drink in yout room. Absolutely love that you can refill water for free. FYI the bathroom has an open ceiling and the bathroom door cannot be locked (a possible safety risk as it looks possible to climb in, but of course no one did! So this is a minor notice from our side). Staff seems to love cleaning in the garden so pack ear plugs to make sure to have a good nights sleep.
