Springside BoHo Getaway

Welcome to Georgetown's Boho getaway! The warm and welcoming decor guarantees your stay is comfortable. This cottage is close to everything Georgetown has to offer including shopping and restaurants. Additionally, you could take in the quaint little park across the street to experience some downtown Georgetown history and enjoy some fresh air to help you relax and unwind. This house, over 100 years old and is the cutest! There's a cozy loft for extra space and an extra bed, peaceful back patio with gas grill and small fire pit. I would love to be your host!

Great Location
Convenient to Keeneland, Kentucky Horse Park, the Distillery District and other places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed Georgetown’s older homes and the historic downtown area. The restaurant just across the street was very good for dinner. Good communication with owner.

Awesome location and such a boho chic place! Owner communication was outstanding. Only thing is the stairs to the loft was challenging to walk up if you’re not extremely sure footed. Also lighting is pretty non existent for the flight up/down. Otherwise, it was perfect.

This is a must stay! Great spot located next to a lovely restaurant and Main St. Parking is great and the beds are probably the comfiest I’ve had anywhere outside of my home! The only negative was that it is a tight squeeze to get to the loft space but that’s part of the charm. We would most definitely stay again.

We chose this property for our Lexington area visit for the charm of historic Georgetown, central location to horse farms, distilleries, Keeneland & the Arc Encounter. It was an excellent choice! This delightfully decorated & restored vintage home was fun, quiet & very comfortable. The home is very walkable to downtown for great dining & variety of shopping.

Charming home in great spot!
Cute, clean little historic home. Great location to visit Keeneland and distilleries. We walked the couple blocks to downtown w/ great restaurants and local shops with a couple historic sites on the way. Recommend the farm to table restaurant right across the street! Home is adorable, kitchen and bathroom updated and the home has a historic charm you have to see in person to appreciate! Unique stay. Teens loved the loft and we all enjoyed eating dinner out by the firepit in the evening. Hope to return soon!

Georgetown Boho Getaway
Very cute and cozy property. Beds were comfortable. There were enough towels. Supplied kitchen had the basic amenities. Great location, walking distance to downtown Georgetown and a quick drive to Lexington. The farm to table restaurant across the street called "Local Feed" was very tasty. Cute area, we would definitely consider staying there again.

The perfect house for our family!
The location was super convenient for shopping and restaurants in the Historic downtown area. The bedrooms were spacious but still had that cozy feel at night. The loft was great for our 17 year old that likes his personal space. I appreciate all the extra towels that the owners provided for our 3 night stay! I would recommend this house for the cleanliness, great design, and convenience. Communication with the owners was excellent as well!

Cute place!
Bed sheets and towels smelled amazing and fresh! The feel of the place was amazing, love the historical feel (old floors,brick,etc). I also loved the parking area, will have to come back and stay longer! Also, don’t forget to checkout the donut place around the corner, it was super good! Great location!

Wonderful Place
My hubby and I had an overnight stay here for our anniversary. It was so charming. Everything was comfortable (especially that master bed) and we felt right at home. It was a quick walk to downtown Georgetown. I liked all of the little touches such as box fans available and I loved the map showing where all the guests have visited from. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating! Thanks

Quick Stop
This property was really unique, clean and had so much character that we wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy the atmosphere and explore the area. Unfortunately, we arrived late in the evening and had to be on the road by 10 am, but the home was easy to access, and directions by host were very clear. Thanks for a terrific stop over in Georgetown- we all agreed we would love to go back to this property again when we have more time to enjoy all the amazing features this home had to offer, including a cute outdoor deck!
