THE POOL AND JACUZZI ARE CLICKBAIT!! They were closed the whole time we were there and they did not post it in their website even though they argued with us about it being there when we had already checked. The food buffet is quite small compared to other hotels of the same type. The room sheets had stains when we first arrived. The neighborhood is not walkable, nothing fun around, you have to take a cab to go anywhere fun. The evening staff were stuck up, the overnight staff however were very friendly and welcoming. IF YOU’RE BOOKING THIS JUST FOR THE POOL AND JACUZZI DO NOT RISK IT!!! They told my cousin when she called that it would be open and then it was NOT!!!

Loved the size of my room (king room), plenty of space. Lovely contemporary furnishing. Loved the bathroom, loads of space for toiletries and really good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was quite average. Limited hot options but adequate enough.

I had maybe two or three T-shirts one hooded sweatshirt and maybe one or two pairs of socks they charged me $53 US when I get the bill and the people that get it and bring it back did not speak English not to mention they might have one or two TV stations that are English

The property can use much needed improvements. The staff at times are not understanding to the needs of the guests and having to deal with continuos problems with the room card readers is not appropriate. You shouldn’t have to be locked out of your room continuously and have staff come to replace your key card. Also, water going out of the hotel for periods of time is unacceptable. I will give them another try down the line, hoping they read the comments of clients and improve through them.

The hotel and the room was lovely. The staff were very helpful when I had trouble getting transport to certain places. Glad there was an included breakfast. I arrived 4 Hours early for check in from the airport. The room was ready but I was told I would have to pay $30 to go in early. I didn’t pay much more for the room in total so for 4 hours I thought that was too much. It would have been a nice gesture to let a very tired person get in early to have a shower if they could have. The area is nice and quiet but far from any public transport. Luckily Uber is fairly cheap and even long journeys don’t cost too much but if you’re on a budget might be something to think about.
