High end Loon Mountain home, sleeps 16, luxury 6 bedroom, 3 ½ bath house was built for comfort and style and beautifully decorated, with attention to details that reflect the woodland feel of the area. Our three story home has an Aspen feel to it throughout the seasons and is among the nicest rentals in the area with plenty of privacy and the best views on loon mountain! Amenities of the house include use of our membership to the Mountain Club at Loon which includes access to an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, tennis and fitness center. In addition, the house has a two-car garage, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gourmet kitchen, wi-fi, and cable. The home has Two master suites with private master bathrooms both bedrooms with King size beds. The next bedroom with a King size bed plus (2) twin beds in same room, the 4th bedroom has King size bed, the 5th bedroom has a queen bedroom. The 6th bedroom on 3rd level has 2 queen sleep sofas, this room can be used as a bedroom that sleeps 4 or a 2nd family room for the kids. The home features a great room on the main floor with a fireplace and expansive views of the mountain. This home was designed and built to be enjoyed by multiple families, yet large enough to provide space to enjoy, all you need to do is enjoy yourself!

Our home has a charter membership to Loon Mountain pool & Spa you and your guest can use the indoor and outdoor pool / spa and facilities.

Wonderful stay at Loon!
We used this house for our annual cousins ski trip to NH. Great house, lots of rooms with plenty of beds. One thing to be aware of, the driveway was a bit steeper & on a curve than we expected. It had snowed and took a while for one of my cousins (even with an expedition) to get out of the driveway. David was a great host, very responsive for the few questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect House!
We travel to the white mountains every December with a large, multi-family group. This house was by far our favorite! From the spacious living room with its incredible view, to the well stock kitchen, to extremely comfortable beds...the house was perfect! And the location, right on Loon Mountain...was second to none! Could not recommend this home more!!

We stayed at this home on the second leg of our family trip. We planned to ski and the location couldn’t be better. The bedroom layout was great for our group too. The great room was spectacular and the perfect spot for us all to gather. The property was well stocked and had everything we could have needed. Everyone in our group is already discussing our next trip here.

This house is impressive! Beautiful views, spacious/clean accommodations and responsive host. Great location to get to the mountain in the morning without having to wait in any traffic and also close to pool and restaurants. Would highly recommended!

Beautiful home.
We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious home. Plenty of room for our large group of 14. Loved the mud room for leaving boots and coats. Comfortable beds were a big plus. Very good communication with David to all our concerns. Missing a few basics that are usually included like salt and pepper, and tp (not enough for a 4 day stay). But these are minor. Getting out of the driveway with snow can be difficult due to the slope. Beautiful views and excellent overall place to enjoy a vacation.

Huge home with breath taking views of the mountains. Had access to both indoor and outdoor pools at the club and the hot tub there as well. Fireplace in the family room took center stage and definitely made for cozy evenings. Very responsive host. Very convenient to the rest of Loon Mountain. Had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

Amazing home with an incredible view
We had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for our family vacation, accommodating everyone with room to spare. The living room and bedrooms had a beautiful view, and we watched some incredible lightning storms over the mountains. AC worked great. Beds comfy! House very clean. Location was close to everything and the gym/pool membership was great! Kitchen well stocked. Two fridges were so useful! You won’t be disappointed staying here! We love to stay at different properties but we are already talking about staying here again!

annual family gathering in the White Mountains
Our family visits the White Mountains every year. We've rented some beautiful homes over the years and this was one of our favorites. The layout is great for gathering, having a family dinner, and socializing. There was plenty of bed space for my husband and I, our 4 children and spouses and 4 grandchildren. It's conveniently located and the owner was very responsive to questions. The previous group had accidently taken the pool pass home. The owner quickly got us access to the pool facilities without having the pass. While the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, and quality pans, it did not have any of the staple items you often find in a rental such as foil, plastic wrap, oil/cooking spray, and basic spices. Be sure to bring your own.

Perfect spot for our group
The house was perfect for our party of 16 people. We brought air mattresses to be on the safe side but did not need them. There was a bed for every body. 8 adults 8 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen, dinning and living room configuration was the best. Lots of space to all be together. The house was immaculate and there are plenty of linens. We had a great get away.

Great ski weekend getaway at Loon!
This is the second property of David's that we have stayed at and it was equally as nice as the first. Lots of space for multi-family gatherings. Some kids had their own area in the loft space. Access to the Mountain Club pool and spa helps for the non-skiers. Fireplace made for a cozy living room to hang in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes - would be great to have a few more of the basics around for convenience while traveling - but all in all, would definitely recommend staying here.

A large spacious house that accommodated our group of 8 adults on a long weekend of skiing at Loon Mtn. The landlord, David, was very responsive when we had questions. The check-in/check-out process was straight forward. In all, we had a great time during our stay.

Beautiful home!
David’s property is gorgeous and very spacious! Slept our 11 adult guests very comfortably and we could have fit a few more. Kitchen well stocked for our group dinner. This is not a ski in/ski out property which is no big deal because it’s only a 3 min drive to the mountain lot but just something to be aware of as parking at loon fills up quickly on the weekends. And just be sure to bring shampoo/conditioner/extra paper products (stores are close by if needed). Check in and out was easy and it was nice the door had a code so we didn’t have to deal with 11 people keeping track of a key. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our annual friend’s long weekend in NH. The home was large enough for all of our families and worked perfect for both the parents and kids. The home was clean and had everything we needed. David was great throughout the entire process and we will definitely be back!

Very clean and spacious house with 2 car garage access and long driveway. David’s communication was terrific- opening and closing instructions were easy to follow and very reasonable, as was the cost. Perfect for a long ski weekend! Very close to Loon Resort (parking passes and access to resort included). We will definitely consider staying here again next year.
