Just a d- hotel. Supposed to have 2 twin beds which we didnt get and they would not rectify. Hallways are dark. No amenities. No anything. Could have stayed at a hostel

Unable to switch on air con in our room. Had to ask reception to do this for us. Both the toilet and bathroom doors did not close properly. Minor things but a bit annoying. The hotel was nice and in a good location.

Great location, out of date hotel

This hotel is in a great location, and has a great, modern feel to it in the lobby and rooftop bar. The view from the 6th floor suite patio is nice. We had the suite and it was really disappointing, especially for what we paid. The room felt dirty, musty, and had several issues upon arrival. The biggest thing is the air conditioning makes a loud noise that will not go away and made it hard to sleep at night. The wall cover to flush the toilet was falling off and even though someone came to “fix” it, it kept coming off. The shower didn’t drain well so there was water every where every time we showered, and the temperature would switch to scalding hot without notice so that made it uncomfortable to shower. The room itself had stains on the furniture and curtains and just didn’t feel very clean. My toddler dropped a toy under the bed and it was covered in dust. We didn’t use the bathtub in the room at all because it was stained and felt dirty. The suite being on the 6th floor meant you were listening to music from the rooftop bar until well after 11 pm. The walls are zero sound proof and you can hear everything in the room from the hallway and near the elevator. The staff were not very friendly and came to check on our issues and didn’t resolve any of it, nor did they seem to care. For what we paid, we were expecting a lot more than what this hotel offered, and I can’t say I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Great Boutique Hotel in Great Location

This hotel is a small boutique hotel in a great location. Room was comfortable and clean. On the top floor is a small outisde bar with good views. Breakfast was good. Recommend this hitel if you like Boutique Hotels

The property was very nice and the staff was great, very helpful. Juan was AMAZING, he was super helpful locating us places to eat, making us reservations and providing us information on where to go and how to get there.
