2 huoneen huoneisto, 50 m2, täysin remontoitu lokakuussa 2012, erittäin mukava, historiallisessa keskustassa, josta on panoraamanäkymät vanhan Lissabonin kattojen yli. Tyypillinen vanha rakennus, pombaline-arkkitehtuuri. 3. kerros ilman hissiä. Tila on erittäin valoisa, ja siinä on kaksi ranskalaista ikkunaa ja ikkuna, josta on näkymä kattoihin. Kaksi huonetta, joista yksi on makuuhuone toimistotilalla, olohuone, täysin varustettu minikeittiö, kylpyhuone WC: llä. Vuode- ja kylpyhuoneliinat. Siistit koristeet.
Lämmitys sisältyy vuokraan. Ilmainen langaton internetyhteys.
Enintään kaksi ihmistä. Ei lemmikkejä. Savuton asunto.

Extremely central to old town lisbon
Location is excellent to old town Lisbon apt is clean quiet and comfortable. Great view from the 3rd floor , large floor to ceiling glass doors. Host made early check in and ordering a cab on leaving a breeze as they live in the building spent two weeks in unit and it felt like a home away from home

Lisbon over Christmas and New Years Eve 2024/2025
Perfect location in the central part of Lisboa. Quiet and everything is easy to reach (Mirador Santa Christina, shops, restaurants, famous Tram E28, Metro all within minutes by walking). From the appartment you have a nice view over the old city. It is clean and the hosts are very nice and easy to get in contact with. We have been here the second time and spend two weeks!

A room with a view
By the time you meet Jorge and François, at the door of a building covered in beautiful tile you will have already fell in love with the cobblestone streets, cascading buildings, tucked away cafes and hills of Lisbon. But after you walk up the stairs, you will see why you came. Through the door leading to your balcony you will see the terracotta crowns of city building and re-building it self. Massive cranes of new construction move in the distance while next to bells of cathedrals chiming, and all of them standing on medieval stones laid down by people an age ago. In short, if this all sounds new to you, then it sounds like what you need... at least that was my expiernce

Little Gem
We stayed here for 10 days in October. The apartment is in an old traditional building so no lift but don't let that put you off! The apartment itself is modern, light, very comfortable and well equipped. Huge windows/doors look out over facinating old areas of Lisbon. At all times of day and night the views are stunning. Once we got our bearings, we discovered what an excellent location the flat has. You can easily reach the metro, waterfront, Commercial Square and Time Out market on foot. Françoise was extremely helpful, responded quickly to enquiries and was a delightful person to meet. All in all a lovely place to stay whilst exploring the areas of Lisbon.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in Lissabon. Von dort aus erreicht man innerhalb von 10 - 15 Gehminuten den Tejo. Auch die Anbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super gelöst.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetetes Appartement. Mit fantastischenm Blick über die Dächer Lissabons. Wir wurden herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen und gut betreut. Von der Wohnung waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Ober und Unterstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

We were very happy with the apartment and impressed with our host. Great location and quiet street. We had told our host before we visited that we were interested in visiting bookstores during our stay and our host had a list of places to visit prepared when we arrived. A great little Tapas restaurant just a few doors away. A number of places for coffee and breakfast also nearby. A lovely wine shop just down the road. Apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. Overall we can't say enough nice things about Lisbon and the apartment.

Sensational light
My second time to Lisbon and this unit stands out for its amazing, west facing, terra cotta tiled roof-view over the city and the huge glass window/doors that flood the unit in light. Cozy, comfortable and lots of fresh if you want it. It was a pleasure to have stayed 12 nights. Jorge and Françoise were helpful and accommodating. The only thing the kitchen needs is a good chef’s knife, for those that like to cook.

Perfect spot in Lisbon
I will start by saying Francoise and Jorge were perfect hosts, and the apartment was accurately represented in photos and the VRBO description. Those are two important factors for VRBO clients. My two-week stay was excellent. The apartment in on a quiet street in a bustling district. Excellent shops and restaurants are an easy walk from the apartment. Also, one of the best river overlooks is right around the corner. This place is an easy 10-minute walk to the river and Metro. Very central location. The apartment was really better than advertised. Francoise and Jorge didn't overlook any comfort. The bathroom includes a heated towel rack and mirror (the mirror doesn't fog up during a shower). The kitchen includes a dishwasher and state-of-the-art range. The balcony doors offer a breathtaking city view day or night. Guests climb a generous set of stairs to reach this apartment, which is on the third floor. In my last Lisbon apartment, the stairs were narrow and steep. Not these. They are more like US standards. Everything -- apartment, entry, stairwells -- was extremely clean and very well maintained. Francoise was timely with communication, most often answering texts within a few minutes. Check-in was effortless and welcoming. I felt like I had traveled to visit a friend by the time my stay ended. I would stay here again and again. The location and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great Place
A very nice apartment in a quiet, convenient location. Nicely equipped for cooking in, but also walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Tram 28 is nearby. It is on the 3rd floor so stairs are a part of coming & going daily. But there is also a lovely 3rd floor view from large windows & doors. Great overall.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung nicht weit vom Zentrum, es ist sehr gemütlich und man hat alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Sehr gute Fenster, die den Lärm von draußen komplett ausblenden. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster im Schlafzimmer sehr schön!

We had a very good time in Lisbon. Property is located centrally, walkable distance to local attractions. Apartment was very clean, reasonable size with comfortable bed. Check in process was smooth.
